I tried the experience side, I was definitely extremely disappointed. First they drug test two drivers at a time and mixed everyone’s tests and lost track of who’s was who’s, then we all did a road test and the instructor was chain smoking the entire time while we the drivers were invested in learning, instructor didn’t take any notes, yet failed us saying we couldn’t properly hook up trailers etc. Then they make you turn the truck off every time you get out, even if you are hooking up truck. They must go through a ton on ignition parts, you can’t even use a Bluetooth or a gps unit while driving. With 18 years in the trucking industry, you’ll get brainwashed into doing unproductive things, It was extremely eye opening how far left the organization thinks. If you have experience, there are 1,000’s of other places to work.

Do you allow your pet to join you as a solo driver on long hauls?
No they don't. They only allow a pet in a truck if you team drive with another person.
Makes sense 🤦🏻 let’s add a pet to a truck with two people but not allow solo guys to have a companion…common sense is nonexistent with this company I swear

Your way of screwing team drivers is great,... screw the less experienced driver and let the more experienced driver take his pay. Right, all in with that crap! The whole point of teams is to split miles and pay... the NO Life style pay check!
