That is confused gay guy 1 on 1. He can't accept himself yet. That is why he had the need to say that he is still the same person and don't have many gay friends and don't go to gay bars. Is something like "I like man, but Im not gay". Those types don't really want to date a "flamboyant" gay guy, cause they can't acknowledge himselfs as gays yet.

@Eoin Corish Why would you? Straight is the norm for 90%. You never had to worry about someone's negative reaction to it be it your family, friends, coworkers or employer. You've never taken abuse for it. When you finally accept yourself with those potential pitfalls staring you in the face your whole life it is a moment of pride... something you may have never had.

I think that is the worst format or platform for somebody like Mr. Hirst to go on. Keegan sounds like Mrs Hughes from Downton Abbey. They must be from the same area of Britain. I think it's like northern England. I forget.
Mrs Hughes (well the actress who plays her) in Downton Abbey is from Scotland, Keegan was born in Batley, West Yorkshire, which is in England. So no, not quite :)
Mirrigold It's more in the word pronunciation. I think the actress took voice lessons for the role or maybe that's her interpretation of an English accent. Daisy pronounces words like that too.

I don't know much about the rugby player - other than that he's an incredibly brave sportsman to come out IMO - but his temperament is not too different from a lot of men in Northern England. Not all, not by any means, but of tough men from The North - especially working class Rugby types. Man of few words this one by the looks. Northern Englander here.
In a way actually the other dude represents the stereotypical Southern Englander (more feminine etc) and rugby dude represents the stereotypical Northerner. Plus - as a celebrity who's only just come out - he's going to be goddamn nervous which will make it awkward.
