i can't even imagine leaving my guitars alone, in my abandoned house, knowing they won't see me and i won't see them anymore. they're like living things for me, objects that can feel emotions just like humans especially the owners. i sometimes think my guitars are sad because i don't play them as often as i used to, let alone leaving them abandoned

The piece she played is Aeolian Harp by Chopin. However, the story goes that Chopin did not originally title it “Aeolian Harp.” The piece's other name is “Shepherd Boy” which originates from this anecdote:
When a student asked him about this piece, Chopin advised them to picture a shepherd boy taking refuge in a grotto to avoid a storm, and playing the melody on his flute.
It's a fitting piece for the pianist's painful situation and the ongoing plight of many Ukrainians today. I am heartbroken but marvel at her poetic choice to play this piece.

All past fantoms of great musicans from centuries ago came gather in the ruins and listen to her.
And then deeply touched, they expressed many voews to preserve a such beautiful symbol :
      as long as spaces remains
music will not fall in any kind
      and elevate minds and hearts
even though facing hard and lowest circumstances
as long as sentient beings are
      music brings down the power
to reduce, until to end suffering
Now Ukraine is reinforced in troups with the spirits of great musicians.
      They will make a difference.

I would hope that the absolute beauty of the masterful piece Aeolian Harp (Chopin Etude Op 25 no 1) was what was driving her in that moment. With this skill, she knows the situations before her that shared a similar situation while playing this masterpiece. She has hope. Me, and you, and the rest of us are there for her. And she is not alone in this fight. Music is not about the career, it is about the life and expression within the music. This being said, I would imagine she feels joy in conquering the fear that is thrust upon her by expressing herself through beauty in song. As we all will one day.
