i haven't been to Vietnam since 2014 but I'm glad Vietnam keep getting better and better :D

So glad you can speak Vietnamese. Many younger generations oversea can't understand the language at all, let alone speak.
You loved to greet everyone and you were very friendly
Good to say that the Heaven had blessed you..
Avoid saying ' bloody'
Love to watch your video clip
The definition of daily life in Vietnam is chaotic good

I went to Vietnam in 2003 and 2006 beautiful country.
You speak Vietnamese better than my nephews, chúc mừng cháu :)
the 'Chalo Chale' took me by surprise!
Awesome video ❤❤❤
I’m a fan bro but you should have tipped those drivers. Change was only like $2. He was so appreciative when he thought you were gonna tip

Wendy is so cute 🥰
Yes she is, she's giving me this Liza Soberano ( a very famous artist in the Philippines) vibes especially when she smiles.
@16:25 the statue of Trần Hưng Đạo! Trần Hưng Đạo is the legendary Vietnamese prince who led a Vietnamese army to have triumphantly defeated not once, not twice but three times the unbeatable Mongol army-twice its size. The Mongol army according to historians is still regarded as the mightiest, deadliest and most feared military force of all time even though it existed more than 8 centuries ago, and the Vietnamese people under the command of Prince Trần Hưng Đạo are the one and only people in human history that successfully defeated the mighty Mongol Empire 3 times! The Vietnamese venerated him as Saint Trần in Vietnam ("Đức Thánh Trần" in Vietnamese).
Hello Wendy!
I'm amazed there was so little traffic as you crossed the street to get to Nguyen Hue!
You and I both! Must have been a good day haha
I would love to visit Vietnam someday
Hope you get to!
David you tips those two people?
Sad for them 😢
Coffee soda sounds like a Manhattan Special, which used to be really popular in NYC.
Interesting! Never heard of it until then
HELLO DAVID🙂👍
Helllo David are you visiting to Ho Chi Minh city , Vietnam? I'm from Surabaya City and I like that city in Vietnam.
Definitely am :)
Yo Davo, can u take us to the ba na hills cable car ride. Looks majestic there. Would love a tour. Cheers lad.
Definitely try and get there!
i really like to hear that u specking in vietnamise....haha
Very cool David for touring Vietnam again. I personally cannot handle the heat and humidity there. Who is Wendy again?
It is pretty damn hot right now! She’s a good friend from Aus
Go get some local cafe sua da ☕️ that stuff is good
welcome to VN
That fizzy coffee is probably like the discontinued Coke with coffee I first got to try in 2019 in Saigon and then was able find it back in the states. My wife says so should try this new place that opened up in Saigon something about coffee with salt. Wow the cathedral is still under construction, got to attend service there with my wife and her cousin in 2019.
I’ve heard of the coffee and salt, ‘cafe muoi’ I believe it’s called. Sounds super interesting, I’ll have to give it a shot
How did you learn to speak Vietnamese so well? Impressed! I hope I can speak like that too...at least can understand what's my wife speaking all the time ha ha
I was lucky that my parents are Vietnamese so we spoke it growing up, it definitely would be hard to learn now haha
I’ll be back in Vietnam in July
Awesome enjoy!
4:48 did she said 'តោះ' 'Tos' in khmer ? it means 'let's go' or is it in another language ? (Im from cambodia, i love your videos !)
He is called Bac Ho
you really like coconut
Hi David, hope you are well. I remembered there was a clip that you went to have your name and zodiac sign cut in wood, are you able to let me know where it is? Many thanks and much appreciated.
That was in Can Tho, there’s a big night market there daily in the afternoon. If you just walk down that street you should find it
@@davidkhai thank you so much!
Banh Mi is better than Subway sandwich

These people's Vietnamese sounds so much like the Cambodian language. It sounds like Bing Bong Boyne Bang.
Awesome video. Are you going to be traveling to the more smaller towns. Non touristy area. Show the hustling and bustling of the locals.
I would love too! If not this trip then definitely when I come back
170K for 2 coffee, that's about a full day salary of the service guy that serves you guy. I thought Viet nam always brag that their economy was skyrocketing
Thấy em nói tiếng việt mà cha nội này còn bán trái dừa giá 40k??? Bán hàng không có đạo đức
Was it too expensive?
@@davidkhai Yes!
@@davidkhai yes, it's about 10-20k
when are you going to learn how to drive a scooter take us to one of those busy intersections and roads where they have a bunch of people on scooters 🛵💨
Hopefully soon! Transportation is so cheap in asia that it’s easy to avoid haha
