Awesome Video! Saved us hundreds of euro that the mechanical would have charged. In the end, removing that part cover that was missing on your car already took me the longest to figure out there is one rivet that is one time use only. So, once I literally destroyed it it was a piece of cake thanks to your wonderful explanations and execution. Now Imam trained an changing any light bulb the next time will only take me five minutes. Thank you so much for sharing!
Thank you for this video! This enabled me to do it myself instead of waiting for my partner to do it. Feel so proud of me hehe he but couldn't of done it if it wasn't for you and this video, thanks ☺
Had the same issue on my Clio. Water went into headlight, and balast got broken. In the end, I replaced headlights and ballast. But the problem now is that they are simply pointing too low and can't be adjusted to point higher unfortunately. Now I'm not not sure what to do. I should have gone with Valeo, but instead I cheaped out and went with some chinese TYC
Have a problem with mine. It has been snowing and battery was flat. Took out battery and charged, started fine. However main beam is not working now. Checked fuse (it is the same fuse as rear wiper I believe 30a) that is fine. Thinking of changing bulbs to check that. There is a fuse on the battery I heard, but would that be for eveything not just main beam? Maybe moisture got on some connections. If you have any ideas I would be grateful. Thanks
In my case the ballast was full of water because of the broken clear cover. Check all the fuses with a multimeter's diode function for continuity. Check the incandescent tungsten bulb also with a multiometer, or power it directly from the battery's 12V.
I also have an espace 4, it is phase 4, 2012. After changing my xenon bulb, auto leveling at engine start does not function anymore (so the lense shoul move 1x down, 1x up and than it should find the right level according to how the car is loaded). Do you have any idea how to make it work again?

Do this headlight have any air vents?
Thanks so much
I'm not sure, it has rubber covers against dust, so maybe no.
Thanks for the video. It was very helpful. Can you do a video on the washers of the headlights?

I'm not sure, but check the fuses also.
How did you seal the light afterwards to prevent more water getting in?
Thanks You - Nice
Thanks 👍
