Thank you for a great discussion. Ramy's show means so much to me. It resonates so much with my experience and helped me admit to myself how much, in his words, "I miss God". I still cry when I think about that scene ❤
Another amazing episode. Its so refreshing hearing people converse about these topics so openly. I love both of you for sharing your perspectives with us.
just finished watching his Hulu series, dude is underrated for sure
He’s really beloved and successful in the industry and polarizing in the Muslim community. I love him to death and happy to have this conversation.
Masha’allah, this was a great episode. I needed to hear this for my own faith/spirituality which has been challenging as of late. Thank you Bro Ali for this genuine message and dialogue.
Intense …. Definitely something we didn’t talk about as kids
" When you're dealing with unquantified levels of Mercy & Love, all the the math is gonna become really difficult " Beautiful Rami
All day
I really liked this podcast it was a really deep sincere conversation. I love Ramy I think he is so smart, talented and with good intentions, his show was amazing I really related to the characters as a muslim grew up in a non muslim country and felt the same desperation. I can understand both of your perspective, I didn't expect to see a pure, perfect muslim in the show but I really wish it was "less filthy". This doens't change the fact that it made me cry and love my religion even more after watching the show. 🤍
