    This is awesome, Cliff!
    I have so many questions. This is my dream.
    Were you able to fund this by going mobile? Did you get business loans? Do the wholesaler's work with you for stocking your shop? I could go on, lol.

    Pretty amazing! It seems you've settled on the variable speed Rikons as your standard for knife sharpening. I got one (because of you) and it is vastly superior to my HF 1x30s!

    • @CurryCustomCutlery
      @CurryCustomCutlery  Рік тому +1

      Other option would be a fully custom variable build like Ive done and have several of as well. I just felt like this the right fit for the space n time.

      @@CurryCustomCutlery ah ha I was having a hard time with mine bouncing the knife. Can I do it the same as a stone wheel with a diamond truing tool or do you have a secret Currys Custom Cutlery trick to doing it.

    Congratulations on this big step up sir! You’ve definitely earned it and it is inspiring to witness, i assure you. I wish you immense success. Thanks for sharing this journey with us.
    Because of your videos, i went out and bought a HF 1x30 on clearance. I am interested in buying some parts from you to enhance the performance of my new toy.
    Ill be ordering an angle guide for sure and id like to get the wheels too. Do you have any advice on what all i should buy? Atm im not really interested in upgrading the motor or making any big mods like that. But i want to get everything running smooth as possible obviously. Will simply upgrading to your custom idler wheels do enough for me? Thanks in advance!

    Damn dude!!! Grats! As far as the dust extraction and worrying about air quality, might I suggest a Dyson laser air quality meter? I ran a dog boarding business and used it to monitor my air quality and ultimately was an indicator that my air filters needed changing or an indication of too much dirt on the floor.
    For example, you could set it up around your workstation, go to work, and monitor the number and be able to quantitatively make decisions about the level of air filtration you may need while making your ducting system or knowing if you should install an air filter at all.
