This game is getting close to a decade old and content creators are still coming up with new games. I love this video game...big ups, feer.
This system is copied from a tournament from another game called age of empires 2 de.
It's called hidden cup 5. This tournament brings 50k+ viewers to a 26 year old game. Which is wayy ahead of its time.
The host of this tournament T90 copied this system from another smaller streamer.

The whole chat yapping about AppJack the whole series was hilarious. Half the chat kept saying Blue was Jack. I cannot comprehend how one could come to such a conclusion after watching even 30 seconds of this gameplay 😂
I think it was because of the movement and camera settings, though blue went for a mechanical play way more than Jack does imo
@@isogi. That doesn't make sense, they used default presets on purpose.

i was half sold on it since orange definitely wasnt with the walldashing/flipping he did, but then i saw the double reset double tap and lets be honest, appjack aint doing that shit lol

@@damiansmith3065 I was surprised who Orange was tbh. My immediate reaction was to say "Oh wow, it WAS them. Wow, they played like shit lmao." It's hard to predict when someone doesn't play at the level you expect them to play at, whether they underperform or peak.
Hey Feer, as a UA-cam only fan, this was a really good video. You can tell by the scoreline and the length of the video who the winner is usually, so not knowing who either player is made it feel more engaging from that regard.

The Who Wants to be a Millionaire music was a stroke of genius. Made me feel like it was Regis Philbin announcing who was Blue and Orange
Loved it! A cool alternate format is every pro’s goal against their opponent they get to guess in chat who they’re playing against ✨ prize for viewers in twitch chat & prize for player in game chat as well.

After 30 seconds it was clear that blue was a top 10 ones player and one of the more mechanical ones at that, I was really confident it was Diaz. Orange was tough though, i understand why people thought it was Jack, but Jack is too good to get beat 12-6 and get 3-0ed by Diaz.
The way blue catches the ball with a reset gave it away so fast lmao
I got my guess because of the kickoff and the defense. I suspected that the games are all high scoring because of high ping. Both had a really good kickoff, orange didn't bump a ton like Mawkzy, though. Diaz is underrated with one of the best kickoffs in the game but also the obvious airplay, Toxiic has really good flicks and defense but would be messed up by the ping which Diaz would also struggle with, although he's so good that it doesn't matter

Also to make it as hard as possible, make sure the players use absolute default cars, goal explosions and boost.

Can't lie this was really fun. First game I had orange on Zen but the aerials got really sloppy so changed to Jack wich was wrong anyway... Blue was Diaz all day all night all game long.
T90 did this idea first with the Hidden Cup in Age of Empires II. Great competitive format
I had blue 100% in like a minute. Orange, I was not confident at all, but they were among 2 other guesses. Really fun!

You should make them use the same cars and goal explosions. Toxiic always uses that trail and goal explosion. And Diaz uses Kachow.
orange was probably cosmic or cam. both had pink boosts and orange preset during the 1v1 tourney tn
Good video. I think Diaz was very easy to read he is just too consistent with mechanics, very few players can do what he does. Toxiic on the other hand is mostly always a ground based player, and he was doing massive flicks, which I've only seen him and Mawkzy do consistently.

I’m halfway through game 2 and my biggest takeaway from chat so far is that no one can even decide on region let alone player lmao. Right now I’m thinking blue (if not both) is NA, and looks like Jack, Retals, or possibly Chronic not playing at 100% mechanics. I’m having a really tough time with orange though

People in chat don’t realize that cam settings are a big factor that you should use to guess. Also it couldn’t have been yan because his transition speed is super high
I think you could be fairly confident that Blue is probably Diaz by how they move in the air and how often they go to the air, and not very many top 1s players who have played in showmatches flick the way Orange does (Mawkzy, Nuqqet, Toxiic come to mind). I think it's easy to see that Orange doesn't play like Mawkzy and Nuqqet's flicks are slightly different/less consistent.
Don't really understand the AppJack guesses as Jack can't/doesn't make the same kind of aerial plays Blue did and Jack doesn't flick the way Orange does either.
I knew blue was Diaz right away but I could not figure out orange I thought it was chronic at first then I decided upon atow instead but toxiic makes sense
i can tell toxiics playstyle a mile away. The flicks, the kickoffs and early aerial challenges when playing a mechy player

I saw the original comment suggesting this and liked it because it seemed like a cool and unique way to bring some extra flavour into these showmatches, if it was your idea then congrats bro! Having to guess the player really pulled me into the game. Made it really engaging
I'm guessing that Diaz is blue and Mawkzy is Orange. Diaz for the quality of the aerial plays and Mawkzy because of the grounded plays and the wavedash kickoffs.
