His experience in the post office is terrible😱. I use to live around Seattle for two years, but luckily I didn’t such an experience. Like he said, it might just depends on the person (or staff). In my experience, customer services were nice there (actually it made me surprise a lot, because I didn’t expect that.). My english was very poor at that time, so I ended up asking them “ sorry,say that again please? ” “Sorry, I don’t understand….”, again and again😂, but they never showed their unconfotable attitude. I thoght like” oh, maybe Seattle is diverse, so people are use to deal with non english native speakers.” I really appriciated. But one of my japanese friend who moved to seattle from east cost told me “ Around NYC,Customer service are very cold to people who can’t speak english well”😂.
