Yes, you need to state this and also attach a receipt showing the transaction made so they can believe you.

Hello Nneka, how are you doing? Please can you tell me how you uploaded documents that aren't in English(university Transcript, police report). You uploaded the original and the translated version from the Notary, right?
I'm asking because I am seeing on the website where it mentioned certified true copies of the original, do I need to make that too? or Just original and the Notary translated copy of the original.

Hi Josh, for those documents, you have to translate them and notarize. Yes, you upload both documents but make sure every document is notarized and has the official stamps and signature of the notary. The translated document is what you notarize. so you should upload the original documents and the translated notarized document. I hope this helps. I wish you success

By application got refused just two days after submitting the application and it seems dues to the reasons they gave you as well, here it is
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of
residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of
residence.

Hi, no you don’t need to write both letters when reapplying. You just need to write a letter of explanation after you get a refusal.

Hello Nneka, when applying for student as a student once refused visa. When submitting documents do I have to submit a letter of explanation and a statement of purpose or just one.
In my case, I just attached a letter of explanation that addresses each reason for my refusal. Your letter of motivation is usually already in your visa application file and doesn’t need to be resubmitted.

Hi, Letter of intent is the same as letter of motivation which is also called Statement of purpose. As of study plan, I’m not sure.

The letter of motivation was done by my agent but I wrote the letter of explanation myself with help from a friend.
