I believe they are speaking Bamana/Bambara & they are singing about a woman named Sunu who danced to the rhythm Gui. She was the best dancer to this rhythm so she would always be called out to dance when they played it.

Its most probably of folkloric age.... not recent. Unless they wrote it especially for her.
