- The Fury Beast DDR5 from Kingston is a good quality RAM. I was able to get it to over clock 600mz faster than the rated speed. From 5600mz to6200mz.

thats incredible. Waiting for the mobo to arrive and then Ill try mine. considering the price difference between 5600 and 6000 and also the measurable impact it has on overall performance this is awesome. Hope mine can hit atleast 6000
try changing your volt settings for the ram, it makes them go faster, but actually it's impressive to see it hold the 6000 mhz without any voltage change, I will try this
Thank you mate, excellent video.
These hate my ASUS ROG STRIX B660-F wifi motherboard. If I attempt to use XMP profile, the BIOS will not boot, and the Q-LED indicator on the MOBO indicate DRAM issue. And its stuck in this state for eternity unless I do a CMOS reset, and a BIOS flashback! And I can only run the default 4800 MHz, I run the same but non RGB variant of RAM as the video. I will change mine soon to follow with the MOBO QVL list RAM.
Ok so what do you do when you have DDR5 5600 and the default speed is 4400; anytime you change the speed to anything above 5067mhz, or even turn on XMP, it reverts to 3600?
Did you try any testing to see if ram was stable at 6200 under stress?
Bro is eating something and making this video i can hear crispy asmr
I don’t think I was eating during this video, but I’m starting to question it now 😅
what sort of applications can take advantage of the diffrence from 4800 to 6000? would i be able to tell the different on a day to day use?
Honestly you probably won't be able to tell the difference at those speeds. Applications are supposed to load faster. While gaming you should also be able to gain extra fps, but it's a small amount.
Tell me please. is it possible to turn off the squeaking sounds when the motherboard is turned on?
The beeping? Yes, there is a setting for that.
Not a bad result but your ram voltages are stock so therefor too low. If you change some ram voltages you will probably get a bit higher with much tighter timings. I have just bought these ram sticks and I hope they are SK Hynix, my aim is 52ms after tuning. I just saw a few vids on Actually hardcore overclocking on how to do it so thats going to be fun trying out!
This was one of the first times I try over clocking, I will try increasing the voltage like you said and see if I can get better results. Thanks for the info!
@@kngx64 did you already try bumping up the voltage? If so how high did you get with the clock speed
I bought 3 times 2x32GB 5600 Kingston RGB DDR5, all of the was faulty... I tried Asus rog strix Gaming-E Z690 + i9 12900KF and Asus Rog Strix Gaming E Z790 + i9 13900KF. All benchmark Cinebench, Prime 95, 3dMark: I got fast blue screen , BIOS memtest give me 6000 error and crashing.
You must have been unlucky and kept getting ram from a bad batch. I haven't had an issue with mine even after upgrading to 13700kf. Did kingston say anything about why it was failing?
My kingston fury beast ddr5 16GB x2 5200 C36 can be overlocked to 6500 but when I run ram speed tests the performance is worst..so whats the point? hmm
Are you running amd or intel cpu?
@@kngx64 i5 13600k ..at 5800 seems to gain about 300 points on "performance test" but when I increase it more performance drops.
Are you also increasing the voltage? I'm going to run some benchmark and see as well
I have 4 sticks at 6400mhz. Impossible to use. The problem is XMP. I waiting for a new bios or upgrade windows11 but wait and see.
Could you give me the name or link to the ram, I want to try them on my pc
bro by the way why didnt you increase the voltage does it increase by itself when the ram is been overclocked
You have to manually increase it, I didn’t increase it because I wanted to see how far I could over clock it with out making many changes.
@@kngx64will it affect the rams lifespan if we didnt increase the power
I have an asus b660-a ddr5 capeable motherboard with a new i5 13600kf cpu, also have 2 sticks of ddr5 6000mhz 16gb so its 32gb…
My system only work and see 4800mhz.
I went through the process what you just showed in the video. Waited around 15 minutes but nothing happens after the restart, seems like no boot at all. I put the voltage from 1.35000 to 1.40000 V as my voltage was already 1.35000.
Hello, first make sure you have the latest bios from the motherboard manufacturer. Also, what ram slots are you using on the motherboard?
@@kngx64 well well, to be honest, i just figured out what was my problem. So its a fresh new build, and i did updated my bios but not ME… so anyone who cant make running the rams on full speed or over, the last thing what can came up is to update ME not only the bios.
Btw it a kingston fury beast rgb ddr5 2*16gb 6000mhz
Thank you anyway!!!
I have the same ram but as soon as I turn xmp on to 5600 MHz and after I game for a while like 20 min it crashes my game can someone pls help
Voltage to 1.45 and try.

Everybody tests these ddr5 in configuration of two sticks only. Nobody I mean not a single video shows test of four sticks of ddr5 and how it affects memory timings and system performance.
I might try that later on, I didn’t get 4 sticks because ddr5 was still very expensive at the time I purchased it.
it's because of the prices :I, almost 250 usd for the 32 gb kit 2x16, and the 6000 mhz goes up to 350 usd 😵💫
ua-cam.com/video/V9XDRmSpbRc/v-deo.html 2 vs 4 sticks DDR5
Because 4 sticks ddr 5 are crap. I have tried it. It just throws up issues after issues. If you want a 64gb setup buy a 2 stick set. 4 sticks of the same is unstable and throws up blue screens or random game and application crashes.
Dude. Just because it boots doesn't mean it's stable 😖
That's true, though it had yet to go pit on me.
