I didnt hear an rpm shift and it was mega quiet, so I assume it was pre-warmed and went right to 760 rpm instead of 1700 rpm. Also, how hard was the diy install? Saw JDmuscle's video last year and they had to redo the turbo bolts 😮
Thank you! Yea that was warm. I have a cold start video on my phone, was waiting to get a few more sound clips to piece them together to make another video. It’s not a very bad job at all. Just take your time and use the correct tools for the job. Let the penetrating oil sit on the nuts/studs for a while before trying to break them loose.
@@That_White_WRX_22 local guy to me had one and went back to stock it had too much drone for daily use. Tomei would be perfect. I ran tomei on my 21 STI before getting VB and loved it!

Yes I uploaded a dyno day video! No gains, lost some low end torque but I expected as much going from EL to UEL on a twin scroll turbo.

Were you able to reinstall the under tray? I know the JDmuscle headers you can’t really get it back on
Yes but had to modify it slightly. Had to remove the air duct but it fit fine after that.

How much horse power and torque did those headers achieve over stock..??
I’m not sure. I was tuned previously and got an updated revision after installing the header.
