I love these views into the nursery business. I wish I had discovered gardening in my 20’s instead of my 50’s. I have no doubt my path in life might have been different-working in nature instead of an office. Thanks for bringing us along and someday I’ll find my way down for an in person visit. For sure I’ll want to visit the signature garden and bring home a special plant or two for my garden ❤.
Your journey is amazing! I don't know how you keep it all going so smoothly. It takes a lot of dedication to manage it all, in addition to a home and family. One question for you -- I noticed when the tractor was getting loaded that everyone was hand-carrying two plants at a time. With so much to move, wouldn't it be better to have some small wagons available that can hold 8 or 10 plants? Perhaps moving the plants wasn't urgent, but I'm always looking for a better way to be more efficient in my garden, so I have more time for doing the fun tasks!! 😀😀😀😀❣❣
Yes! Another project! I love watching the changes y’all are making. I know it’s difficult to take the time to film your projects, so thank y’all for making these videos. I watch you for learning, inspiration, and planning future shopping trips at your nursery. The projects are entertainment for me to watch while winding down my day. Thanks Jenny, Jerry and Creekside Family!
We were in your area and wanted to stop by but we’re pulling our camper. Of course I would have wanted to buy all sorts of plants that just wouldn’t make in Florida. Is 97 with 85% humidity. It’s all I can do just to water in the evening.
So much happening at Creekside! I just love these projects. I am wondering if I were to pot a Gardenia and bring it into my 3 seasons room if it would survive the winter in zone 5a nortwest Iowa? The lowest I've seen it get in there was -5 degrees and that was during the arctic blast which we saw temps of -40 to -50 outside. Its gets tons of sun through the winter and would be out of the harsh winter winds.
What Gardenia has the best smell? We planted three Frost Free Gardenias two years ago near our front door. They have been such a disappointment! Very few blooms and smell. I am in zone 7 b here in Georgia. Would love a better bloomer with a good smell! Thanks for your information!
Jenny, I don't know whether to be inspired or exhausted...another new project! I had to have another strong cup of coffee just to watch!!! You guys have tackled so many big projects since installing the fence last year, wow!
So very interesting and exciting to be on this journey with y’all! As I live in Charlotte, will have to drive on over this fall. Those azaleas are enticing me!
We are so happy for all of you. BTW The sizing on Geranium x Boom Chocolatta is inaccurate. It easily gets to be 3 x 3 particularly if it is on the edge of an irrigated lawn…. Zone 6 New England
Jenny, I have learned so so much about plants from your videos! Although I live in a different zone than you (8b), I use your info as a guide to find the plants that will do well in our area. I love your videos and appreciate you candid knowledge you share with us. Thank you!
Girlfriend, that ‘Scentsation’ Honeysuckle is also a hummingbird attractor. I planted one to climb my weeping willow and have hummingbirds all around it and they rest on the wispy limbs of the willow between visits to the honeysuckle. It’s the sweetest thing to watch 😍
Woo! It's a busy day at Creekside! Exciting! I wish we could have met your Dad but i understand he doesn't want to be on camera. Are ya'll going to concrete this greenhouse too? I'm really excited your business is growing. Ya'll are such a wonderful family!
Daddy definitely doesn’t want to be on camera! I’m doing good just to have him in the background 😂. Yes there will be concrete in these houses, but it will be a bit different than what we’ve done before.
Afternoon coming in late, all the plants are beautiful wish i was surrounded by them 😊 i just bought a honey suckle yellow flowers thank you jenny & jerry have fun👍😊
I am glad that your business is thriving. I am looking forward to when you offer to ship shrubs. I do shop at my local garden centers, but they don't carry the variety that you do. I understand that, space and budgets are the driving issues. I live in central Arkansas, so a trip to your nursery is not feasible right now.
Good morning Jenny and Jerry and crew! I’m so amazed at the knowledge you have Jenny! I always forget what plants I have but usually remember after listening to you.
So excited for you all to keep expanding! I’ve always said if I had enough hours in the day, I’d want to really do more with a nursery idea. Now I get to watch you do it all and it makes me so happy!
Jenny, do you just sell retail in your nursery, or do you also sell wholesale to other nurseries? It just seems like so you have so many plants to sell in just one nursery!
I have a punster Periwinkle arriving today from PW. Is periwinkle an older variety that they are not a active growing anymore? I never hear you speak of it and I’m worried that it won’t perform like the pinker or amethyst.
Congratulations on expanding! The vanilla spice looks and sounds amazing, I’ve been unable to find in my area, may need to drive 2 hours to get 😊 as I’m located in Waynesville NC Love your videos
Beautiful plants and heavy equipment … what a fun video!! Oh if only you were in Dallas, Texas I’d be snapping up so many of those gorgeous shrubs you keep talking about. Your nursery looks amazing and it just keeps growing - YAY!! 🦋
Team work! Love watching videos like this for 'behind the scenes footage' - see how it all comes together. I want to drive the tractor and pull the flatbed like Jackson does. Tractor envy :)
@@GardeningwithCreekside Have to say I found you through Garden Answer and I am so glad I did! I love Laura & Aaron's videos but I am in Zone 7a Virginia and SSOOOOOO glad to have found an East Coast garden/nursery channel with red clay soil and other issues and plants that mostly work for me too. The difference between what you do and what Garden Answer does is apparent to most of us. Thank you for showing us all the exciting things happening at the nursery & garden center. I find it fascinating!
So exciting! Do you anticipate adding some version of the annex to the new greenhouses? May I just say, I think Jackson will become a heavy equipment operator as an adult? 👍

Welcome!!
Another Canadian here, yes I’m a huge fan of both channels too! I wish I could find Canadian content, do you know of any? 🇨🇦

My mum used to pick gardenias & float them in shallow dishes of water throughout the house…one of the best smells EVER!! 🥰😊
Love that!
God bless you and your family! 🙏 and all you do!!
Whooo! Y'all are busy All the time! Making hay while the sun shines! 😊
Continued Blessings!
I love the construction vehicle terminology with Jenny! My 4 year old has to correct me ALL the time! 🤣🩵
How exciting! Fall bulb planting is one of my favorite times of the year. Thanks for sharing!
Wish you were here on the west coast!!!! But watch faithfully anyway. Thx for the education 💗
Love to see beautiful garden and nice family thank you
Thank you for sharing beautiful and amazing plants lovely collection beautiful Nursery

We have small wagons, but they wouldn't make sense for what we were doing. We ended up moving the entire shrub lot in less than a day 🙌🏻
Jerry and Jenny’s life ! Never a dull moment Thanks for a exciting video
Exciting!! Tell us about the tree lot in the video and your plans.

Love seeing your family working together. Glad your business is growing.❤
Love when you show the heavy machines and equipment 🚜 y’all are busy lil bees at Creekside manor 😊
Big machines are always entertaining to watch!
ok, the opening w/ you naming trucks wrong & your hubby giving the corrected names was cute....keep growing, so glad your biz is thriving
😊 thank you

Lol at Jenny naming the equipment! She did better than I could have done, I just enjoyed watching her face as she kinda laughed at herself! ❤

How about both? That’s the way we feel anyway 😂
Will Ruby Spice neutralize in N Idaho Ike you said Summersweet will in your neck of the woods? Planted one last year.
How exciting, Jenny! I’m so happy for y’all!
I am just amazed at the talents of Jackson. What a blessing he is.
My word!!! A lot of work but so promising!
How exciting! Congratulations friends❣️

WOW, what a huge project JENNY and Jerry. Can't wait to see all the new plants in these greenhouses! Have a great day.
Woah, Big Boy toys!!

Can I plant the honeysuckle in a pot long term? Zone 8 Greenville sc.
You can as long as it is a large pot 😊
Woo! It's a busy day at Creekside! Exciting! I wish we could have met your Dad but i understand he doesn't want to be on camera. Are ya'll going to concrete this greenhouse too? I'm really excited your business is growing. Ya'll are such a wonderful family!

Jerry needs his own mic
He didn’t want to be miced for the video 😊
Congratulations on the business growth! Makes me so happy to see it!
Moss doesn't grow under your guys feet can't wait to see the new greenhouse. You have such a beautiful property love all those huge trees
Clethra maybe deciduous but in addition to fall color, the blooms dry on the plant - great for the winter landscape
Exciting. Always growing your business.
Its awesome that you are expanding your green houses yes you have to make land flat to put up buildings
The slopes kinda work to your benefit, so there's very little standing water.

Another awesome video!! Thank you!!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Jenny, do you just sell retail in your nursery, or do you also sell wholesale to other nurseries? It just seems like so you have so many plants to sell in just one nursery!
We are retail only; we have an amazing customer base 😊
Can butterfly bushes work in dappled sunlight in zone 8, columbia, SC?
No, they need full sun (a minimum of 6 hours of direct sunlight)
So fun to see all the new project. 👍
I have a punster Periwinkle arriving today from PW. Is periwinkle an older variety that they are not a active growing anymore? I never hear you speak of it and I’m worried that it won’t perform like the pinker or amethyst.
Love watching the big equipment at work , your garden centre is just fabulous...
I need that shirt. Where can I purchase one?
Would absolutely love a v neck.
Vanilla spice an double pink azalea beautiful. What zone are they please?
I love the puffer fish hydrangeas.
Congratulations on expanding! The vanilla spice looks and sounds amazing, I’ve been unable to find in my area, may need to drive 2 hours to get 😊
as I’m located in Waynesville NC
Love your videos

Is your goal to pretty much create an East Coast version of Garden Answer? Everything seems so similar to their channel. That would be cool.
I’m not sure what you mean 🤔 Laura & Aaron do not grow plants for retail nor do they own a garden center.

By the time Jackson can get his drivers license he will be a pro! 😀
Jenny how is proven winners supporting this new project?
They aren’t. This is 100% Creekside Nursery, Inc.
Why not give Jerry a mic so we can hear him?
He didn’t want one 😊
