It’s available on steam and that runs without issues. As with the gamepad, it also works alright but i remapped the stick to the dpad via ds4windows but you could do that with any pad using x360ce.
I got this on 9/9/99. I played for a few hours thinking I might need to return it. Then something clicked and I smashed through Big Ben and won. It just had a rough learning curve.

well this is also a bit messy as textures have this weird edge but apart from that it works just fine. A bit janky but it works
