Yeah, that's true. John did not see the flower. However it is possible that when Rodney puts it through, John may have been on one of his scouting trips to survey the surrounding area. He had left the cave for a couple of hours at LEAST right?? In order to see if he could gat any supplies right?? So it is very likely that the flower was "through" when John was not in the cave. I mean it's possible.
@@patrickcromwell7554 is "unconscious" too complex a word for you or are you confused about the second half? I was referring to his partial paralysis that kept him prone for an unknown amount of time facing away from the portal.
@@canadian__ninja What partial paralysis. He was completely fine, bro. Just aging much quicker because if the time difference. Shan's comment was "Why didn't Shepard see Rodney put the camera or branch through?" He wasn't KO'd or anything of the sort. And he was NOT prone. he went through and for HIM tame was faster. MONTHS faster in fact. He had already eaten all his food AND made the arrow with the stones. He went looking for things while waiting. OBVIOUSLY. He simply was NOT THERE at the exact time Rodney used the twigs. Where did you even come up with he was partially paralyzed and/or unconscious??? NOTHING shows ANY evidence of that happening. Besides why wasn't Rodney or Elizabeth partially paralyzed when THEY went through?? It's just a dumb guess based on nothing but guessing just for fun. Is the concept of paying attention and being intelligent to much for YOU??
I really love how quick and resourceful Rodney is in this episode.
"MALP on a stick" is a top 300 Stargate term

He also might have been unconscious or on his stomach unable to move and thus couldn't see it.
@@canadian__ninja You could have just said "asleep" dude. lol. But yes you are NOT wrong.

McKay is brilliant in this one
A favorite episode of mine! It is interesting that Jason has since played Conan. Sadly, Rachael has not played Xena.
And thank GOD!! Lucy Lawless is Xena. Anyone else would be insulting quite frankly; unless Lucy herself endorsed them.
Yes, but doors are IN archways Shan. lol. So when Rodney says "Yes it does look remarkably "door-like" he's not wrong.
At least the process of Ascension no longer looks like Jasmine in her people-eating form.
It's not weird for her to go. She is a negotiator and acien may be here... also it IS a safe spot... even if you can't go out...
MALP on a stick!
