I have just started learning Hindustani classical and i am 45 yrs old now...i really wat to continue learning but some time i think what am i going to achieve at this age bcos it may take many yrs to learn it ..may be when we start young we can plan many things...this thought sometime demotivate me...but i am going to continue learning for my satisfaction 🙏🙏
There is nothing to get demotivated as there is no age bar for learning. Learning Vocal or any other thing. We all learned use of technology during this lockdown.Was it bad? No it was exciting because we loved exploring. So Music is somewhat exploring. Music is a vast subject which can’t be learned or received in one single life. Just enjoy the sounds , emotions, literature of music.

Meri age 17 years h currently and m Delhi se belong karta hu! Mai future mai ak singer ban na chahta hu and jaise jaise maine explore karna shuru kiya mera dhyan kahi na kahi apne aap shastriya sangeet ki aur badhna shuru ho gya and mujhe ab classical music m jyada interest hai, mai har tarike ka music seekhna chahta hu lekin pehle mai chahunga ki meri awaz m aur mujh mai ak Therav aaye, toh maine socha kyu na hamare Indian classical music se hi start kara jaye! Mai chahta hu ki aap mujhe sikhao, aur guide karo....mere liye music meri life hai and mai apni puri life music ko devote krne ke liye taiyaar hu! Bas ruka hu abhi tak toh bas ak guru ki talaash mai.... because meri awaz utni achi bhi nhi hai isliye mujhe self doubt hota h bhaut! Pata nhi kya hoga mrra😢 ab toh 12th m aa gya, 12th kr baad kaise hounga 😢 I know maine late kar diya😢 mujhe bachpan m hi start karna chahiye tha lekin darr ke mare ki koi mera mazak na udaye isliye maine aaj tak yeh baat yeh raaz apne dil mai chupa ke rakha h! But iss year m apne aapko Prove karna chahta hu ki mai kar sakta hu! And m haar nhi manunga plz guide me through any offline or online meduim🙏🏻

Very nice information you have given us.Mam iam 70 years old.I like music very much.When I start to practice SA my voice shivers and I can't continue it long.only I can't sing for 5to 6 Seconds I need breathing I am going through breathing problem.I am suffering from Asthama but I have deep interest in music.so what should I do? Can't I sing.?pls.answer me.
Madam I am in the last range above 60. Yet I am not begginer. Actually I am practicing from at the age of 18. But due nonavailability of proper environment I can not proceed further. Now I am following your guidance for my next music travel of my life.

Mam I'm 31 years old. Can I learn singing but I don't have any musical instruments. Is it mandatory to have instruments to learn singing. I ❤ singing because we think it's a blessing of Saraswati ji... 🙏🙏🙏🙏
You need some instrument for identification of swaras May be harmonium to understand the placement of swaras . U can practice on tanpura once your swaras are proper
