I Love the engineering of the cart but I could not take it on location because of the issue with reflections. It’s all aluminum and chrome. That would cast light reflections everywhere. Can the aluminum be coated with a matte gray or something less reflective?
When video of this quality wastes my time I do not feel compelled to be diplomatic. This is a professional level product. Focus the damn camera or get another videographer, preferably a professional one.
