They could have played out a million ways of the ending. Starting from the fact that we killed the evil clones of the Justice League. Ending with the fact that the Flash rewinds time and the players forgot about this game and the fact that Batman was killed by Harley as if it was Joel from the game The Last of Us

And almost every boss battle is the same. An hour and a half of credits for this.
And it's not even a clone or some robot, he literally just turn himself into the Flash and lost
I thought he was going to cycle through all the boss fights and ending on Wonder Woman considering we never actually had a boss fight with her (Using the info/data he got from the other JL members and her fights for reference). Or maybe even using all the JL members' abilities at once.
not true. It's a shooter with traversal elements that are of course repetitive like all shooters are but you could say that for any game ever in that case. Arkham Knight is just freeflow combat and stealth sections with the bad tank battles and zero boss fights. Arkham Knight is a great game though so stop@@Oppenheimskr
@@likedvidsz 15 minutes of credits for that unquestionably great game. It’s easier to list specific negatives of Arkham Knight - the Deathstroke fight, etc. - than it is to gush about its positives. That is reversed for SS. It’s far easier to list the positive aspects than go through the litany of problems.

This has to be the laziest final boss fight I have seen in gaming. Who thought it was a good idea for Brainiac to be a reused version of Flash?
This is only the first one we probably have to fight him using different powers from members of the justice league in the future.
Of all the bosses they could have had a reasonable explanation of reusing ALL the previous bosses' powers as stages, Braniac would have made sense.
Solely giving him recolored Flash's, however, is dumb as hell.

Who else think Injustice 2's Brainiac boss fight was way entertaining than this one, and better design on Brainiac too. Reminds me the comparison of Deathstroke boss fight between Origins and Knight, one great fight and other one not so much.

I think the final boss would have been kind of decent if, dunno, he transformed into the different bosses every time he was defeated and then his "final form", is either a mix of all of them or is just breiniac that fights using his own abilities, dunno I think that would have been more interesting than just having a purple flash with a reference to an enemy of Superman that not even God knows.

I know, however it still kind of comes off as disingenuous as well as not making sense after what happened. If a mind controlled Batman was going around killing people why is there an announcement of people mourning him. People were not mourning any of the other JL when they died.

Why tf just flash and not Superman or GL? I mean, HE SAID IT HIMSELF, he can reshape his body... but just to flash apparently, why wouldn't they use the other supes? There's no explanation in game for it, Brainiac literally saw that Flash was the first heroe they killed, and he chose to turn into him? (Brainiacs logic: maybe they forgot Flah's moveset after fighting Batman, GL, and Sups, it's obviously my best shot)

The thing is that this game is an online service, and they literally said it themselves that they have to go through several more braniacs and with updates you know as well as I do that they are going to do the same fight but with different justice league members in the next update (also the fact that this game is about grinding loot sooo add that all together and you get this game)
They literally had Injustice 2 Brainiac Moveset who is a Unique Character they could use parts of for a Boss Fight.
If only the Justice League didnt have super powers and just had guns maybe they could have beaten Brainiac! Dang!

They really just recycle the Flash boss fight as the final boss, not even using the other heroes for Brainiac phases just only the Flash.
With all the tech Brainiac has in his arsenal across the multiverse, they chose to turn him into the Flash.
I mean the flash is extremely op and a pretty good choice to take care of taskforce X but yea its incredibly lazy from a game standpoint

Weird to see Flash as a Boss considering he's a Protagonist Character in Injustice 1 and 2.
It made sense he used the flash in a way, he is able to use the speed force.
This game had zero business being in the arkhamverse

The dialogue could of been reused and just changed for how they did it.
Also iirc some of his dialogue was done by AI with families permission because he passed during recording (I could be 100% wrong on this and misremembering what I heard)

I honestly thought we had to go through mini boss levels like another green lanter, batman, superman fight before reaching the final true braniac boss, which I had no problem with..but he only used Flash and thats it? Seems too lazy not to have Braniac have his own boss battle...

There are some pretty funny moments like when Boomerang pissed on Flash and when Harley was trying to carry Batman on her shoulder and insisted she didn't need help even though she obviously did.
It can be that all the Brainiacs became their own versions of each League Member with Flash Brainiac as just the beginning

I'm no comic fan or heros taste or any familiar to these kind of characters but I thought final boss who can brain washing those heroes at least can use that type of unique skill for fighting.
They could've made brainiac do some different forms, like if you beat this brainiac with flash powers he will turn into green lantern, if you beat him again it will turn into superman and so on
This boss fight would have been way more interesting if it was Brainiac using all of the Justice League's powers instead of just the Flash

The braniac killed is controlled martian manhunter...lex luthor is the real Braniac...he said "once you've killed all 13 braniacs"...then harley corrects him and says "you mean 12"...i really do think there are 13 left and Lex is one of them

Grammatically, Luthor is correct to say "once you've killed all 13" even if one is already dead. There are 13 Brainiacs in total, regardless of condition. If he'd said "all 13 REMAINING Brainiacs" then Harley would be right to correct him. Also, it makes sense for Brainiac to say "YOU" in surprise since the game establishes he has fought this Luthor before and 1, thought he was already dead, and 2, didn't know this Luthor had come to the Arkhamverse and was helping this Squad.

It would've been better if he swapped between all the Justice League, which might still happen as there are still another 12 to kill. However, it is in keeping with Brainiac's arrogance to underincipate lesser lifeforms which is probably why he only used the flash at he thought it would be enough?
I know dlc is coming, but i feel like their could have been a better wrap up for the initial narrative

First off Brainiac on his own has thousands of possibilities for a boss fight, but they immediately threw that away when he turned into Flash.
Then I was like "Oh okay, he's going to shift through every JL member they've fought, a redux mode where the player has to keep adapting."
But the health bar depleted... and he didn't change.
It's just the middle boss fight of the game reused.
