Last week my mother had high blood pressure of 220/130. On one morning she stated having pain in chest and was unable to move from one side. Now she's fine doctors did her angiography thankfully there's was no blockage in her heart but she diagnosed with few scattered tiny foci of restricted diffusion in bilateral frontal, right parietal, left temporal and bilateral occipital lobes and few ischaemic changes noted in periventricular and deep cerebral white matter bilaterally.
Tho drs told us not to worry but Can someone explain me in simple words what's it?
