Sir I'm very confused. When I measure BP using digital machines it shows 120-135/75-80 but when I go to see my doctor he measure above 150/90. I'm so confused why it's happening.
For past 2 months I'm doing 2 hours of cardio and bodyweight exercises 6 times a week (total 12 hours a week). Reduced my weight by 3-4 kg(dry weight) currently I weight77kg). I don't smoke or drink. I take sugar once a week and very controlled amount of salt. No refine oil , very few fried items.
I'm 30 years old.
It's very demotivating to stick to healthy lifestyle bcuz I don't see results.
