My memories of owning a mini. Yellow, 850cc hole in arch so you could see the road. One day it was parked in the sun where I had to take 5 people to work in it, 2 were well over weight!! When I returned the windscreen had exploded to the heat of the sun expanding the rubber seals... drivin home swallowing wasps was hilarious, still with the car fully loaded. Especially waving to my bud driving the other way with my hand through the window makin him look twice! Then I had to take my boss home *windscreen repaired now - he asks , "sure its safe?" I said yes - course. Within 5 minutes we hit the m4 and the thing started vibrating heavily... so bad I nearly lost it. I stopped, tyre had a huge egg lump! And guess who didn't have a jack?? Ffs!! Finally in box near Corsham, Wiltshire UK, there's a garage on that big hill there. I go to talk to the owner about swapping the mini for a metro turbo of sorts. He goes, "let's have a look then" - so I said sure, its parked right......oh.... it was rolling down the fckin hill!! I ran after it fearing it would go to the oncoming traffic or hit a house etc. Thankfully it just span around on itself and came to rest....oh man what a mini adventure. BTW my mate who I waved at through the windscreen, had a mini with a metro turbo engine fitted, it was a crazy little thing.
I bought a Mk3 MR2 off a guy... he also tried to sell me a Carina GTR and mentioned this channel. Totally slipped my mind then found this video... loved it and started watching other videos. Then realised it was the same channel that guy was talking about due to the old Toyotas. Love it.

Slightly less of a death machine than my old 1970 mini with a 250bhp QED XE up front... permanently skid marked y-fronts with the lsd & torque steer 🤣 Seriously though, that's a cracking build & another Evenflow to make us smile! Great cause too! Cheers. Leigh 🏴

One intresting thing with the mini is maximum mini Such as the deep sanderson 301 that was able to go over 240kmh with only 60hp And then there is also the japanese equivalent to the mini, the honda N600, which continuea via the honda N one
