But if you take a wild olive branch and graft it into a cultivated olive tree, the olive remains the same precisely because the wild olive branch and cultivated olive tree are the same species of tree. The wild olive branches that are grafted in are the believing Gentiles who came into the tree much later later. Abraham and Sarah the first fruits or in this case, the root. Then Isaac, and Jacob. Then the twelve tribes, then their descendants, then the believing Gentiles. Another way to put it; to the Jew first and then the Gentile. Yeshua?
