Hi Ana, it's your Uncle Kevin in Peterborough. I apologize for not making it to NAIG last summer to watch you play, I had planned on it but ended up going to Lake Placid. I just subscribed to your channel today, however, I have visited your YT page before just to see how you were doing, you're all grown up now it's amazing. The reason I chose this video to comment on was that I noticed your bat. I'm curious what designations you use (ASA, BPF1.20 USSSA). I'm surprised you use such a heavy bat for fastpitch considering I use a 34" 28oz end loaded bat in my men's league/tournaments. I currently have three composite bats, two 2-piece and one full-piece (27oz). I just bought a new 2017 Louisville Super Z Balanced and last year I bought a 2015 Worth Legit Resmondo both are the two piece. Piont being, if your league uses the same bat grading designation I can send you my Easton B1.0 one-piece composite which is 34" / 27oz. Let me know what your bat regulations are first. Hope everything is well with everyone there, keep your focus on 2020 and keep working towards your goal. I liked your swing mechanics, you create good bat lag and drive through the ball well, good to see that back elbow high as well.
Sorry, the one I have is the 2014 Easton B2.0, Approved for Play in USSSA, NSA, ISA, and ISF leagues. I'm thinking you use ASA designations but let me know.... www.justbats.com/product/easton-b2-0-slow-pitch-softball-bat--sp13b2/16984/
I'm going through old comments and I am just now seeing this, my bad. But I only used that bat for about a month and a half before I switched to a Louisville 34/23. I'm in college now and I use a 34/24 or a 34/23 (drop 10 or (9).
This may seem random but; did your team play in the Canada Cup International softball championship this month? I was there and the team jersey looks familiar
I didn't play due to an injury. I am from Surrey so I went and watched. Did you ever live in Surrey and played there. I played with a girl in 06 and moved to Calgary mid season.
Jennifer Rook I played out of Richmond for eight years and then moved to the Vernon/Kelowna area for a year. This is only my second season here in Calgary
