10K | animation

Hey hi hello! My apologies for falling off the face of the Earth for nearly 5 months! There's been a ton of stuff going on, so I wanted to update you all on the state of this channel and my plans moving forward.
If you want a TL;DR - I will be able to return to making content for this channel around late March-early April, so stay tuned until then for some more animated/animatic content.
If you are willing to listen to me ramble, though, the situation is actually a lot more complicated than that. Ya see, for the past 5 months I've been juggling a variety of different workloads non-stop, and it's really been putting a damper on my now non-existent free time. Between college applications, making a visual arts portfolio, managing coursework, attending life drawing classes and even preparing my own portfolio show opening, these past 5 months have been crazy fun but also crazy exhausting. It is no exaggeration when I say I've had zero real free time, as every spare second I have used to work on my art portfolio or college applications. Even during holidays and breaks, the universe finds way to prevent me from enjoying a second of respite (i.e. I caught influenza last week and it has been destroying me since)! As a result, content for this channel has come to a screeching halt, since I have not had the time or energy to work on personal projects for fun.
Fortunately, though, this is all going to change soon! I am nearly finished with my portfolios and apps, and once my show is out of the way, I will be able to return to drawing FOR FUN (thank goodness)! I've missed making animatics with all my heart, so I am really excited to return to making content for this channel. I just won't be able to refocus my attention here until at least late March, early April. I am aware that seems like an eternity, but I promise you the wait will be worth it! I have a ton of ideas and projects that are already boarded out, all that's left is to actually draw the frames. So rest assured! Content will be returning soon enough, and I promise I will rise from the dead once my schedule permits me.

I was originally planning to make this video as a 10k special, but after we shot right past that milestone I was left scrambling, totally stunned. I am absolutely blown away by the positive feedback that you guys have been sending since my last two videos, and the knowledge that my videos have emotionally touched so many people honestly makes me tear up. Thank you for over 500K on the My Time animatic, thank you for all of your lovely comments, and thank you for all of the support! It means the absolute world to me. :')
