So if you want to write an end for them or regulate them to have a difficult time in your story, this is what will be your biggest challenge. Everything and i mean everything will be as slow as a snail.

Laser
Naval cannon
Missile
Nuclear bomb
Other speedster
Assuming they move at about twice to three times the speed of sound, these will work great to be a genuine threat, the nuke and laser being entirely unavoidable unless they can outmove the actual thing causing the threat, such as the nuke detonating or whatever is aiming the laser
For one slower, about the speed of sound, a hypersonic missile or naval cannon will do plenty
For one that moves insanely fast, such as the speed of light, the only threat is a speedster, already detonated nuke, or a laser that isn't noticed until after activated
