My stomach drops, and the hair on the back of my neck stand up ontop of the instant goose bumps. Most epic tone and riff combination ever found in a song, anywhere
I don't know why, but guys, i know blackened is awesome... but the intro, needs more recognition. It's reversed. the original is so much epic. It's so epic, it's jaymez. guys the song is awesome, but i played the guitar since 2014 cuz' of james. The Reversed Intro is so underrated. They are 4 layers of guitar, wich Jaymes played. reversed \m/
I have to ask. I sub to Patreon and download this but it seems though it’s altered in some way? More mids than on the album. Will the one I download from Patreon be altered as well?
i think he might have changed the eq to match what is actually on the album. if you listen to the isolated track from rock band you can hear that its a little different from the actual album
This would be from before the mastering was applied to the entire mixdown. Mastering engineers may apply subtle EQ to the entire mix, which will make it sound slightly different to a multitrack that has been taken from the session before that stage of production. (After all, you can’t unbake a cake 😉)
@@rockrenegade this is good information, yeah I noticed that it wasn’t as boomy sounding as on the album and there’s a little more mids, still very scooped though. How are you sure that this was taken from before mastering was applied?
Because I’m a qualified sound producer and generally mastering effects are applied to a stereo mixdown. It’s missing all kinds of things the final pressing has that would later be applied in mastering. It would also sound very strange to apply mastering effects to the individual stems that were intended for the full mix.
