I know that the Open cup might be the bigger name event. But come on. Don’t tell me that any event with KC is as big of a matchup as one of the biggest MLS teams, vs arguably the biggest MX team. America vs Columbus on paper should be a BANGER of a matchup. Assuming both play their full squads, that is (which I think they will.)
It’s an exciting matchup but it’s an embodiment of what is wrong with the game in this country (the USA) and more broadly on the North American continent as a whole. Liga MX has issues that are different from the MLS in some ways but the constant cash grab nonsense at the expense of culture and history is something they have in common
@@whiteboyplayssoccer I %100 agree. I just am saying that one of these matchups is a lot more entertaining, and probably gonna pull a bigger crowd too if I had to guess.
Herc knows the campeones cup is just a cash grab 🤣
All this talk this year about Open Cup vs. Leagues Cup, I’m hoping a big turn out for the Open Cup final.
Only one. Campeones cup. Who's the other teams? No clue. Chivas usa 2.0 I think
What about Canadian championship? Lol
I can't even watch the campeones cup so that's a silly question
Thanks Herc

I’d like to watch us open cup, but that’s behind another paywall
