"I got everything i need right here" That's a pretty deep and impactful line for perseus character..he was given the chance to live to an utopia the place where gods lived but he denied.. his humility and love for his family are the most important traits of his character..a man ,a god.. A legend
I know these kind of movies always get a back and forth for inaccuracies and changes from the base information, but I think I cherish them greatly for getting me into the studying of certain mythos and history. I’ll always take a day or two to watch these kind of movies.
They are myths they've been retold countless times to begin with, I don't think "accuracy" can even be used in that context unless it just goes completely off the rails
@@Faun471 I mean Perseus still kills Medusa, still gets the godly gifts like the shield and the sword, and the Pegasus instead of Hermes boots, the Gorgons are still involved, he still saves what's her name from the monster, the second film I'll give you that that was some nonsense. Still really liked it ages ago, used to be my favourite movies even though their quality is debatable
@Starboiyo420 I can relate to that. I also cherish them just because I'm so interested in the theme. While the movies don't may be masterpieces, it's kinda interesting and fun to watch them.
"You Are Helius, the son of Perseus and the Grandson of Zeus" Pretty good line for Perseus, accepting his divine heritage and passing it to his son Awesome edit btw first tribute i saw about this movie series and in and instant is in my top 5 amazing bro keep it up
I always enjoyed these movies but lately all I remembered was the negative reviews, and I was just wondering why I loved these movies. Well, thank you for reminding me.
Great video edit! I really like it when you give a chance to movies that some have almost forgotten or have never seen to showcase their renewed splendor by creating a video edit about them. Thank you for this!
I love these movies and to see what you created with them is amazing. I felt so many emotions watching! Thank you for making such a fantastic edit. The ability to edit like you? I could never.
i know not everyone loves these movies as much as me. but these movies are what got me into mythology along with the percy jackson series. so ill always cherish them for giving me the passion of history that i have today
Some of my favorite quotes are from these films “One day someone is gonna have to make a stand……one day someone is going to have to say ENOUGH” “We fight and die, for each other….not for you…not for the gods…..” “Let them know that men did this..” “I shall smile once I spit in the eyes of the gods…..”
As always a masterpiece, can sit down and watch all your videos without a skip and thoroughly enjoy them all. On a side note, will you ever be able to get the Vinland saga thorfinn one back up? That was one of my favorites you’ve done
Perseus is my all time favorite Greek mythology character. He's a brave and smart warrior, he killed Medusa the gorgon who can turn any living creatures to stone, he defeated the mighty Kraken which almost killed Andromeda and prevented it destroying the entire city Argos. He battled monsters, and his own brother Ares the god of war. He even destroyed Kronos. But most importantly, even his father Zeus offered him a chance to be in Olympus to be one of the gods Perseus chose to live and fight as a man, because he has everything he need being as a mortal
I'm going to start listening to this while at the gym. I listen to this 300 video tribute that really gets me going. The music and the talking get me motivated to lift.
@@askme2985 there is one on the movie troy, Alexander, King Arthur, Jamie Lannister, Dracula, and Gladiator. All fucking bangers for getting a good pump in. 👌
Perseus rejected the gods because he is a persons who's entire identity is based upon strength of character, completely inverse to the gods. The gods is this movie were cowards scared to lose their power and dependent upon humans. Their power caused them to become nothing without it, and Perseus saw this and rejected them completely as he was a strong person regardless of celestial strength.
I call it the "Medusa effect" when men see a beautiful woman and then turn into stone when they see a real woman in person. Not the thots who show themselves off, but the women who know what a man is🤣
I love your videos so much There is this Anime called Vanitas I'm not sure if its your taste but it has an intriguing story that makes you think I hope you see this message and maybe check it out some time :)

1. Zurik should make trailers or films, cuz he understands music, cinematography and feelings translated to the screen better than many directors. 2. I forgot how stacked this movies' cast was.
You just won't stop crafting the most perfect edits. It honestly seems like you could take the most boring of movies and make them seem like epic tales of loss and redemption within a 5 minute video.
I just realized that the king of the kingdom threatened by Hades has played Greek roles all the way back in Troy, to 300, to Clash of the Titans, dude loves Greek roles apparently
I only really loved Wrath of The Titans personally. Just because, it was allowed to be its own movie and not just a remake of the original and it doesn’t try to tell an old myth, it tries to tell a new story, and it does well. I want to see Perseus save his son and Zeus, and the side characters were great, such as Aegenor and Andromeda. They also really made the fight scenes better. I don’t know if it’s the better camera direction or the effects, but they look more intense and cooler in Wrath. The only change I wished they did was make Apollo the secondary villain. Admitley this only would have worked if they kept Apollo in Clash, but still it would have give a good continuity to the first movie.
