We already know Akane's father when they show her flashback with Kana; I forgot which episode though.
Aqua/Himekawa assumed it was the dad who cheated. However, the loophole is the MOTHER being the one who cheated, which makes the 'lover's suicide' actually make sense. Thus the man she cheated with is both Himekawa's and Aqua's father - This is Akane's angle.
Her vision is just meant to depict a demonic '3rd party' entering the picture ruining their lives.
I think Himekawa (the half sibling) actually don't know that his suicide father is not his biological father. He thought the father is cheating by having affair with Ai, but I think its the mother who is cheating with their real father and give birth to Himekawa without the suicide father knowing the truth about it. Or maybe that why they do double suicide because he found out that his wife actually cheating with other men? Idk

What Akane figured out from the story alone... Aqua thinks from Taiki story that Uehara cheated on Airi with Ai. He doesn't think of the possibility of Airi cheating on Ueharea with another guy creating Taiki, in which answers the motive of the murder suicide. And from the ending of this episode it shows that guy is the father. Meaing Taiki also doesn't know Uehara isn't his biological father. Too many people focused on Uehara being the father of Taiki forgetting Aqua and Taiki are half brothers.
Also as a manga reader... for the hair color... because Uehara hair wasn't colored... we were unable to put that together, we can't tell hair color unless there was a color art work.
The dad story will be told in season 3. Al of it will be explained in season 4.

Akane figured out that the timeline doesn’t mach. If I remember well, the double suicide happened when Aqua was 1 but Ai passed away when he was 3. You can figure it out if you calculate when Himekawa said it was when he was 5 given his age difference with Aqua.
Akane wouldn't know just yet Taiki is the half brother, not yet. And though she figured out Aqua is Ai's son at that moment she wouldn't know Taiki is the half sibling. All she knows the loophole is that the mother could have stepout on her marriage and not the father.
