what if that high-level leader stakeholder is influenced by a high-roller customer and is demanding features from the product owner (double trouble)?
Thanks for sharing your question Patricia. The main issue in the scenario you described is IMO that the product owner is not properly empowered. Anybody who is responsible for the value a product creates, has to have the final say on strategic product decisions and ultimately own the product strategy. Otherwise, the individual will struggle to fulfil their responsibility. Hope this helps!
