The only thing I can think of is if your WordPress or webserver time is out of sync with Zoom's own time (perhaps using a different timezone). I'd start by checking your WordPress timezone settings as shown here: coschedule.com/support/troubleshooting/wordpress-issues/how-to-change-your-wordpress-timezone
