I listened to this maybe three times yesterday, and almost lucid dreamt. I was in a dream and all of a sudden thought to check my hands/fingers (this has never happened before) and there were six! As soon as I did this, though, I woke up T-T.
Update (June 23): had the longest, weirdest dream last night lol. Not going to share it because it largely involved family and friends, but I remember it all.
Update (June 25): other than vivid dreams and great dream recall, my skin is clearer and I look different. I don't really have a df, but this sub is def helping me look prettier lol.
Update (June 26): had a dream last night where I was talking to someone about my respawn/shifting journey.
Update (June 28): Lots of vivid dreams. Usually my dreams always happen in my house/other areas I frequent, but last night I had two dreams that were in completely different places (one was at sea and another was in the mountains).
Update (Aug 12) Long time O_O. Anyway, I staryed listening to this again on repeat last night as I sleep, and I had two incredibly vivid dreams. i love this method for shifting its quite easy unless if ypu can control you're emotions i almost shifted w this! you create a door/portal to ur dr how to do that is simply think about "now i will make a portal that shifts me to my dr" and simply say ur affirmations in ur head u will get there!!
You can literally just say “I will wake up in my dr” I recommend saying that continuously until you naturally wake up and you’ll be there
