What Happened To Our Old Vintage Kenner Star Wars Toys & Other Vintage Toys, Parts & Accessories?

What ever happened to our vintage toys, parts and accessories?
Personally for me, I believe alot of my toys where thrown out or given away. I was also very rough especially on my G.I.Joe figures and vehicles. Star Wars...I took better care of, I even had all of the original boxes until our basement flooded (as a kid) and all of them had to be thrown out.

In this video...Original Vintage Six Million Dollar Man Bionic Bigfoot & Original Chest Plate. Vintage Original Star Wars R2-D2 POTF Last 17 Pop-Up Saber. Unfortunately, the lightsaber is a replica. Vintage Original Star Wars Death Star, TIE Fighter, X-Wing Fighter & Princess Leia Blaster. Miscellaneous Star Wars & G.I.Joe Weapons (from the 90s -2000s). Lastly, yes that is an original vintage 1985 Tatooine Skiff from POTF. I'm missing 10 of the "Last 17" figures but was fortunate enough to pick up the Skiff as a kid. I was kind of getting out of toys at this time.
