This is a great idea… also love your products too! Can’t wait to follow along with you.
Thank you and thank you!!
Thank you for making these videos and sharing your experiences! 🙏🏼
Aww man, thank you. I’m just trying to help other Vanagon freaks like out. ;-) #mytribe
Great idea! Looking forward to all the new vids!!
Thx Andy! A lot more to come!! ;-)
I look forward to seeing more of "what's on your van". I am curious what your grill badge is? A VW moustache?
Keep watching... ;-)
stock bumpers? if so, why, if not, which? I am stock. Thinking of keeping front stock, maybe upgrading rear, but maybe only need swing arms. The stock bumpers are kind of clever, cheap, and highly sacrificial. Plus call me old fashioned but chrome is kind of nice once in a while.
Stock bumpers painted. I don't have a need for anything more currently. ;-)
@@uniwerksdesign When I look at what the "new" bumpers offer, and what the VW bumpers had, I am genuinely confused why everyone is so bumper focused. Must be aesthetics. The VW ones were good - probably better for protecting the van as they're clearly sacrificial. I am reluctant to install a heavy duty bumper that's going to damage the unibody and preserve itself. Those swing arms are nice tho. Hitch would be nice.
Way to go, Chris! Keep ‘em coming. I will vouch for the Sunpies. Have had them for about the same amount of time as you and they have been great. Do yours have the running halos that turn amber when signaling? Love that feature.
Thank you! :-) I didn’t want the halos for my van. But I did consider them.
What's the reflective range (focused high) on the lights? My van's H4s have one mile range.
I have no idea. They are much brighter than the stock lights. 🙂
