I'm sure that's an internal requirement for the Engineering Manager post - I've seen industries push the EIT for graduates.. but really top hard working guys who came from the workshop with their Trade, worked after hours to get exposure, get their GCC and are now Engineering Managers and GMR 2s at other companies.. Don't give up
