As an English teacher starting out, I have spent a little over 3K since finding your videos, LOL! I appreciate your choices and reviews so much! Thank you for keeping me updated on new books and how they will play for high school students!
What I really want to read in November is The Raven Cycle series, so far I only read the first book and it was amazing! Now I have big hopes for the other ones.
Do not listen to the haters Hailey!!!! I feel so happy whenever I see you've uploaded and I click straight away! You have added a lot to my tbr and I wouldn't have read many fantastic books without watching your videos. Your videos are always so put together and I don't care what UA-cam studios says, I think they are so polished and so great. Please don't let the world define who you are and make you feel rubbish, you have inspired so many to fall in love with reading and never fail to put a smile on my face. Hope you're keeping safe in these tough times and have an amazing November 💜 (thankyou for attending my tedtalk)
I am not sure what is UA-cam Studio, but how can you capture in analytics and stats the healing effect and all positive vibes so many people get from you? I have gone through a very dark time and one of the things that kept me sane was marathon-ing your videos, Hailey. You are a safe place for my mind, your kind spirit, aura and excitement about life and books is contagious. How can stupid UA-cam analytics measure that? Lots of love❤️
Legendborn and Deadly Education were both really enjoyable reads. The Invisible Life of Addie Larue is my book of 2020 🔥🔥🔥 I've started a new job this week and so am in a bit of a reading slump, but watching this video makes me wanna jump back into my tbr pile!
Hailey! Thank you for keeping me sane throughout quarantine...I’ve watched all your videos and now catching up on your Christmas ones and I’m almost done. I’m becoming very emotional about it. Also you helped me fall back in love with reading! And trying out audio books has been a life saver! I love you so much 💜❤️
You inspired many people to read more and just enjoy life you always have the best attitude I stopped reading for almost six years and after loosing my mom to cov 19 I was binge watching you tube videos and stumbled upon your channel it encouraged me to read and I was able to cope better you made a difference to me and my now also loves your channel but not the hubby after we ordered $1000 or over worth of books
I wish the dumb app didn’t tell you that your videos aren’t doing well! 😢 you have so many of us that have been watching for years and feel like we are friends because the content is always so real and down to earth! I am currently doing NaNoWriMo and watched your old vlogs to get me in the spirit because of how inspiring you are!! I really hope you do Nano again, but understand if you don’t because it’s a huge commitment!! You’re forever my favorite!💗💜💛
I love your black and white top. I will need to see if my library has several of these books. I did purchase a special edition of the invisible life of Addie Larue .
Definitely interested in reading A Deadly Education. I haven't read any dark academia yet! I really enjoyed The Thirteenth Tale. It was so beautifully written! Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on it.
I absolutely LOVE the start of me and you. I have read all of that "series" and they are just such feel good romances. Not always easy on the emotions but they are absolutely amazing.
Really enjoyed the video. I really want to read the invisible life of addie larue and the thirteenth tale ... but I felt like I went through a huge reading slump in October. I was only able to read 3 books. I really love reading and there is so much I want to read, but I just couldn’t get into it. I liked that you said sometimes we just need a break. So thanks for that reminder... I needed that 🙃
I've read both The How And The Why by Cynthia Hand and The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by VE Schwab and they are both excellent and definitely two of my favorite books that I've read this year.
I finished one book in November which is good for me as I've been in a reading slump in September and October. I'm hoping that I will do a 24 hour readathon this month and we have gone back into another lockdown in England, but its only for a month but we don't know if the lockdown will only be a month or extended but a 24 hour readathon should be good 👍👍
I’m gonna try a readathon tomorrow I’m scared lol I never did one before so it may be a fail cause I can only read for like a hour at a time and then get distracted! I hope your staying safe!!!!! ❤️
@@katiesantamaria6695 it's not a fail if you read for an hour or get distracted. Make sure you eat plenty, drink plenty and if you want to sleep, you sleep xxx
Finally doing NaNoWriMo, but work is killing me right now and I only have time to write a couple hours before exhaustion knocks me out 😢. Maybe I'll do another mini version in January
Can I just say thank you so much for introducing me to the Bromance Bookclub series! I recently finished the third book and can't wait for the fourth one :)
Legendborn, by Tracy Deonn was really fun! I loved the ending, it was everything. Im looking forward to the sequel. I’m currently reading the Invisible Life of Addie Larue. I’m about 50 pages in and so far enjoying it. This is my first VE Schwab, so I’m excited to dig into it more. I also have A Deadly Education by Naomi Novik. I’m looking forward to picking that one up and can’t wait to hear your thoughts.
I heard the words I Capture The Castle and jumped to the comment section! I. Love. This. Book! It's a classic book, but it reads actually quite modern - I think you'll love it! 💕
I know it's hard to not let the comments get to you, but there are many people like me who love your videos and have followed you from the get go. I hope you know you're awesome And you inspire me in many ways!
I loved Ninth House so very much. My November TBR includes Connie Willis's Crosstalk, The Starless Sea, In the Dream House, and I'm rereading Ulysses. We'll see if there's time for anything else with that bunch! Thanks for this video! I always find something I want to read from your lists.
1. Thank you for the ideas! I'm working on putting together my December tbr. 2. If you're having mental health problems, take a break, Hailey! We'll all understand. 3. That shirt is fire
Great video Hailey. Have tissues ready for the invisible life of addie larue and it will be ur favorite book of 2020 and legendborn is on my tbr soon I can’t wait to read it 😁
I have heard a lot of great things about LEgendborn. I got the OwlCrate box and now I really want to read it myself as well. I read Addie LaRue this month and it may be my favorite book of the year so far! I just put up my review but it is more of a gush haha It was just so fantastic and I can't wait to see what you end up thinking about it.
I have the rest of the Narnia Books by C.S. Lewis. I have read one so far. wasn't a fan of the one I read. I am now reading Puppy Love by Lucy Gilmore and then may continue Narnia after that (I have 4 of the Narnia books left in series) The Invisible Life of Addie Larue by V.E. Schwab is also on my TBR for this month but Idk if I will get to it.
Oh god, there are so many I wanna read. Starting with Legendborn. Then From Blood and Ash. I think you'll LOVE take a hint Dani Brown. Best sequel I read yet
You have such good, exciting picks!! I don’t mind at all that you repeat books- it makes sense, you can’t help it! Don’t listen to the haters:) Sooo excited to read Addie! I also got my copy super late so I’m with you;)
