Seems people have love for me girl juli. The vid shows my opinions doesnt mean they are hard fact!
There are little things about her that you overlook. Like her ability to remove buffs from magic/force/spirit affinity CB. She has a versatile kit but not a deeply specialized kit. She does a lot for a mid-game CB team. She does very little for an end game team though, as other champs on the squad will do what she does but better.

Mohm Ar lucky duck my first champs were astralith and shirimani not great progression champs but just pulled dracomorph
I figured that if I needed to ascend Erinyes to eventually do the Rhazin fusion, I might as well get some use out of her. Despite being squishy, she has good synergy with Juli and Frozen Banshee against the Clan Boss, extending poison sensitivity and giving me better poison damage than I was getting with Kael's A1. I won't be taking her to 60 or even booking her, but she's been a welcome addition to the CB team for now.
Hell Hades: these next three are probably the worst champions in the game.

Erinyes gets me 3 key UNM on red affinity. Might be a waste but i fully booked her and she gets the job done. Its all situational. If you need something done and the champ can get it (and you have noone better) i say thats a go.
Erinyes was a big key to my early CB gains. She’s been replaced since & not even on my FW team. Fun champ when I needed her!

To be fair to Julianna, she was one of my earliest epics, along with Aothar, and the two of them together allowed me to do really well against the lower difficulty clan bosses. And she's pretty... so, bonus points I guess haha
I use Juliana and Aothar on CB as well and they do a tonne of damage, mind you Im only a mid game player though.
Juliana might be pretty but Coldheart has the underboob going for her

I found someone 6 star Jotun a few weeks ago. Really broke my mind.
I think appearance and stats should correlate on some level. A big burly champion like Jotun should be slow but hit hard.
Juliana carried my early/mid game clan boss haaaard. But yeah once i started hitting UNM She has been a vault guardian.
I started playing about a month ago and Juliana is carrying me through the game at the minute. 👍

There are a lot of champs that get you through mid game that would not be useful later.
A lot of these epic are good early to mid game but bad in late game
I fully booked and 6 starred Juliana, and i dont use her anymore other than faction wars, and i dont regret it at all. she helped me get to where I am now.
Mate, I really enjoy your videos and respect your opinion, but you've disrespected Juliana one too many times :-) Stop talking smack about me Julie. She and Elhain carried me through everything the first 4 months I played this game. Juliana is a great all-around champ but if you asses her as a poisoner only then, yes, she falls short.
I 6stared Deathless, she was my 1st epic pull. She's not a bad champion, but she's so niche and hard to set up compared to other champions that seem to do the same results with no effort. A part of me wants to give her a try everytime I see her in my collection but she's now been in the fridge for a long time.
Would like to see a version of this for some of the Legendary champions

Erinyes is awesome, I used her in UNM until Frozen Banshee came out and replaced her. Still user her sometimes in Faction Wars. And Juliana was my top damager surprisingly in Faction Wars (I finished all 21 levels with her)

I actually pulled Altan in last week summon event and 2 blue shards later Jotun, made me giggle
Lol I was kinda afraid to fight him in arena thinking he was altan
I assume early game and midgame, Jotun with look scary and give you Dec DEF and HP burn the whole time unbooked and with Warmaster, won't he hit like a truck like everyone that is fully mastered? The high DMG that we see on the contents are the result of gear and T6 masteries... maybe all the champs will do okay with at 60, fully ascend, T6 and geared like a god/goddess . At least up to Brutal and NM.
When you spend so much and you have all the great legendaries, these epics scks, but for regular players some of them are good. I still use jules on unm. I only take the divine chest, but I didn't pull those super buffed legos from my free shards.
Infernal Baroness is one of my favourite champions in the game. Kind of tanky version of Skullcrown. She was a lifesaver in the beginning-midgame in campaign, dungeons, arena, and was replaced in my teams only by the Skullcrown with strong gear. Now I am preparing her for new team-Arena.
Her A2 has great multiplier + aoe decrease attack, A1 hits quite strong as well. The only problem she has is, as you mentioned, using A3 in auto-mode; But I fight in Arena always manually, so no problem in offense for me .

I used Foli as food. I fused him and then pulled him from a sacred. Back when he was horrible. Used him as a skill book. I regret. Who have 2 Folis for my arena offense😢

Hades, you really should have mentioned that you are talking from the standpoint of a "late Endgame" player because some of these champs are not as bad as you make them out to be.
Erinyes for example helped me greatly to farm Dragon 20 until I got Frozen Banshee ready for the job, and she did that with Lv. 50. I allready knew that I would not take her to 60, not because she is bad but because there is a rare, which is somewhat easy to get, that could easily replace her. That does not mean she is bad but that she has been powercreeped by a Rare.
Same goes for Juliana more or less, which I did take to 60 and who enabled me to 2 Key NM CB. She will be replaced by something better eventually but seeing how hard it is to get Epics let alone Legos in this game (for F2P or low spenders at least), I gladly take her for the time being. By the time she ends up a vault guardian, she will have done more then enough work to justify 6 starring her.
As I said, in a scenario where you have EVERY Champ in the game, those would certainly not be used but this is not how this game works is it?

Thank you so so much for the amazing and informative videos, I appreciate them more than I can say, I was wondering if there was any way for you to make more videos for mid game players, I have a lot of really good epics but super crappy gear and that just makes it really hard to progress in dungeons. I always see all of the other youtubers including yourself making champion guides but all of you guys have god tier gear haha, I would really love to see videos about how players like me that have really crappy gear can progress through the dungeons, so for example if you did an account takeover and you explain the gearing process and why you made the choices you made with crappy gear then that would really help us out, again thank you so so much for being an amazing member of the community and helping everyone you can! Keep up the good work!
Juliana, Eryniess, Marksman, Alika, are all good champions and worth using up to endgame, with proper gear and team synergy, I agree with the rest though
Frostbringer was probably biggest letdown for me, pulled her and thought her kit looked amazing and built her up to 50 and she was just so underwhelming, glad I didn't waste the chickens getting her to 60.
I actually love Jarang and in the process of building him. Hits like an absolute truck so not sure where you are getting he's weak from. Put him in a shield set and he's golden. Kallia is another one you picked that has me scratching my head. Could be just where I am in the game with my roster, but she's amazing on my clan boss team and puts out a crap load of damage.
Shaman lol.. Once I got Gorgorab Shaman was instant food for me.
Juliana was my 3rd 6* and I don't regret it at all. She was my only poisoner at the time and carried me from easy all the way to brutal CB until I replaced her with OB. She also carried me to dragon 17. That being said the only place I use her now is faction wars.
For faction wars kahlia, autor, and the other one when combined.. do some crazy stuff because of their passives.. they got to the first boss with no armor and barely lvled.. not to say i would 60 them.. it the passive work with more than 1 champ.. soo if you have 2 kahlias.. they both get the wonder twin powers..

Defiled Sinner is one of my few regrets in this game. He looks good on paper but hits like a wet noodle

My two are basilisk and erinyes. Erin I needed for force CB, but shortly after pulled OB. Basilisk I built because I thought I would use him in spider. Little did I know that you stop trying to kill the spiders pretty much as soon as you get over stage 15 or so, which I was already close to lol.
Altan revives whenever he kills an enemy he also resets his cooldowns it’s not move specific it’s a passive

I invested a lot of time and resources in Shaman and the only found use for her in faction wars once you are out of the early game. I am thankful that I can see the content or what is good and work on those champions.

books I spent on her.
You are pretty much right about Jarang, he isn't worth building NOW, however, before dwarves were introduced, there were very slim pickings to fill his role as a CB champ similar to Tayrel in either Rares or Epics. Maybe that's just me. I didn't get Tayrel until about a month ago. I had to make do.
I 60'd Valla and haven't had any use from her other than FW, but I did that because I needed a spirit 60 for the Arbiter mission. Should have done Harvest Jack lol. Still, if I gear her and finish her masteries she's supposedly food for FW which is becoming very important to me in end game. Other than that; I got some value from Vrask and Aothar when I needed them but they're both out to pasture now. Retired for better champs.
relickeeper, fully literate and ascended. he was my first 60, used him to farm 12-6. big mistake, should have waited or invested in a useful rare.
I actually fused RK 4 times, was trying to save epic books back in the days.....till i realized how stupid i am. He is still 50 thou so didn't screwed it all the way
Marksman actually helped me up my damage on CB by a 4-5mil, but yea then I got Draco
I thought about him for a long time to upgrade my Kael, but after looking to his stats, I decided Kael does a better job
Thanks to CCs like you HH, my mistakes in this game have been minimal.
I think it would be good for people to have more content on who to invest time in based on your specific needs. Example: I have Jareg maxed out, and I pull Rearguard Sergeant, I don't think it's the best use of resources to max her out just because she's a good char. I may need to build a char that's not considered that good, but fills a specific role for my team.
can you do a part 2, Epics that would be a mistake to invest in, like the ones you were saavy enough to avoid already but we might not know about please.
Basileus...On paper he looks amazing for arena, but then you realize his "nuke" ability isnt much stronger than his a1
Infernal Baroness allowed me to unlock Arbiter. Couldn't get passed Spider 20, she came in as my off affinity tank. None of this chance to counter attack crap, she was tanky, like 4k def, 250 resis, decent speed, lifesteal gear. On manual i kill spider 20 100% of the time thanks to her. On auto its not quite 100% becuase she will use her A3 on an ally when she is on about 10% hp
Alot of epics and legendaries need to be improved to keep up with the powercreep of the newer ones.
Frostbringer was actually one of my very first epics, i did level her to 50 and ascended her, i thought wow increase ATK/Speed, some interesting debuffs as well, but luckily didn't invest books into her, except when i had dupes, i didn't have an apothecary at the time, but i ended up switching her to spirithost because i personally thought spirithost was easier to be kept alive and overall did a better job and had better cooldowns, even in the arena i used spirithost over frostbringer... i feel bad saying it but Hades is right about her. She desperately needs a buff....
When I first started I used to use epic and legendary books for my starter championship that champion was elhain 🤦♂️
I have Juliana and Aothar at 6 star booked and I can tell you now that they do a tonne of damage against the CB, so I repectfully disagree with you on that epic. I am only a midgame FTP though.
My biggest Epic regret so far is Steelskull. He was the second character I 6 starred and fully booked. Sadly he hasn't had the massive effect I had hoped. He is a decent healer and adds additional poisons in CB and he helped a little with some of my early progression. However, he was hard for me to keep alive (gear related) and I have since acquired champions that are better at each of those roles. I should probably revise his gear and give him another shot, however, as things stand, i find it hard to justify putting him into any of my teams.

Erinyes has been my best poison champ. Granted I am only in nightmare, but she increases my damage over frozen banshee. Her debuff extender helps keep up time on my Rhazin. I have him booked on A2 to 100 percent chance 4 turn cooldown, so erinyes and him sync. Best damage for me is 33 mil
With the current arena meta so limited how about Lego's that have no place. So many seem to be a waste as they don't have CC, Def down for faction war. I mean we really don't need additional legos to clear content that we already cleared by getting Arbiter.
HH the decrease max HP skill is actually decent for lower level players when fighting IG. It helps knock down the side minions HP so they can kill it faster.
Kallia was my first epic and carried me to mid game. The aoe heal reduction was actually really helpful in lower level arena when everyone had lifesteal and no one had block buffs or cleanse
I believe Juliana depends on when you get her/how lucky you are on your pulls. I've been playing for about a month now (low spender, bought a few small leveling bundles) and Juliana has been carrying my CB team. I understand there's better options, but not everyone has a stacked account. Given my luck on pulls, and how early I got her, she's going to be featured on my CB team for the foreseeable future.
I have a few -Infernal Baroness needs a buff (though at the moment she is useful enough as an off affinity spiderling tank), But Juliana and Jane, especially as a combo, I disagree with because while maybe not the most endgame they can do work, and want to replace my Jane I used to get Rhazin. I never managed to book Jane, but because I used Kymar in my CB team at the time if her unbooked debuff extend went up - because Juliana's are 3 turns not 2 - I'd get them up for 4-5 turns, even better as I switched Banshee in and could build more speed to compensate the 5 turn I had instead of 4. She'd add a poison, up the times, and could prevent the boss putting a buff on in the first place - something I initially missed when I took her out at times. Juliana mean while I've only just removed her from my CB team (trying something similar to your more 1-1 setup with just a speed booster in my case Apoc that's doing good work for me on Brutal at the moment) but actually built up a second I had shortly before that while I may switch out gear now is doing well enough in my Arena team to sorta nuke single targets unbooked or cause issues for teams - when I get ones I can actually fight. Especially when my CB team was built more around speed she basically always had her debuffs up unless the HP burn (still wasn't max chance) didn't land and her A1 boosting speed even more comes in handy at times. If I can find new pieces may even set her up using her on spirit affinity CB still, as well as I do still use her in certain potion dungeons and all.
Both could use buffs to be more endgame viable no doubt - but Juliana and Jane as a combo in a speed team - actually quite potent, particularly mid-game.

frostbringer is an ice mage iwth no cold based abilities >.> no slow,no freeze,not even an attack down or def up..
and ya. they made him an HP champ but atk scaling cuz they wanted to prevent his damage. I think there intention is to make his a debuf support type champ.

I agree with Juliana, at once she boosted my CB damage... then I pulled Frozen Banshee. Juliana issue isn’t she has high Cooldowns and needs Crit to use her effects AND her HP burn isn’t 100%
Was sad to see Infernal Baroness on this list. I'm a newer player and pulled her the other day and like her kit, but that veil on auto is a shame. I won't book her but I might still bring her to lvl 50 and use her on manual time to time. Thanks for saving me from taking her to 60 though HH!!!

Why is everyone bashing on the decrease hp ability? Rotos does this on his A2 and we all know how broken he is. Sure he increases his hp aswell, but the thing is, going against a Mountain King for example, specially a slow MK that has ton of hp to do his dmg, taking that hp away takes away his damage aswell. Dont bash this ability because its very good
I took Julianna to 60 and it was a great move at the time. She was the viable option I had as a poisoner and HP burn champion. Occult brawler wasn't even in the game when I maxxed her, much less Frozen Banshee. She got me all the way to NM CB. Of course she is useless now but when I leveled her Chosen Brad, Ali, and all the UA-camrs were calling her a top 10 epic in the game. Go back and look at those early videos if they're still up, you'll see everyone was using her. My most useless upgrades were taking Relic Keeper and Tallia to level 50. I've never used either of them for anything. Not even faction wars.

I've made so many mistakes but since I found all this info from you and all the other CC's so now I'm making much less mistakes. Thank you for the content it's much appreciated as always.
I dont know what you did when you built Alika but she is not as bad as you say given her AoE -2 turn cooldown on all enemies can be very helpful

Hope was my first epic so I probably have an emotional connection, but because I'm quite new to the game (80 days or so) I use her to shield because I don't have a single defensive champion. I don't have ANY healers or shielders.

See, in a way, it might be good that he's shitting on these Champions because that might get them a Buff in the future... I liked Jotun at first but I don't use him anymore but if they decide to improve him somehow then maybe he can be used again. Idk, I also liked Kallia but she's another one that just fell off after you get better Champs. I'm actually currently using erinyes (jane) and juliana on my CB team and when I threw Jane in there i was stoked.. my dmg went up around 1key on normal.. just putting her in at 50. I'm totally going for pain keeper as my next 60, but I'm rly starting to look at CB since I'm somewhat comfortable with my campaign farming now.
I love Jotun, they should make his attacks based on HP not attack, because he has solid defense and his kit aint bad, his A1 should be the big version of decrease defense, and he will be a beast Clanboss champ. I used him in the early days in my first CB team.
Ghorak the Bloodied and Basellius Ronas are my biggest 6* mistakes
V-rask, Juliana, and Aina are my worst mistakes. I really regret the amount of energy that went into farming masteries on mino 13 for Juliana and Aina because I couldn't beat 15 at the time. Ooof
Infernal Baroness is not so bad. I leveled her to 60, didn't have other force aoe for spider, and she helped me to pass stages 14 and 15. And yes, she is surprisingly weak hitter under 55th lvl, but then she get wild. I didn't booked her, didn't give her any special gear (I just trow on her 5s, aiming 4500 DEF, and nothing else) and she has no mastery. But even undeveloped, on lvl 60 she is hitting way better than my Elhain which is fully booked-masterized-geared for farming (my first :), so I use Baroness instead now. I'm even thinking to max her gear and masteries. But you are right, she would be far far far far better if they simply erase A3 and vail, it is for irritation only :) - under 10 sec farming stage manually, 40+ sec on auto!!! Because she vails herself all the time...
P. S. Although, I'm F2P, never spend a cent on the game, so I believe you that there is much better champions, but she kinda had grown to my heart...
P. P. S. And I wanted to level Galkut next, because I don't have spirit AOE either, but you ruined his destiny for good :))))))

Julianna I actually still use for cb and she keeps up with Kael but frostbringer I took to 60 and now she just cooks and cleans around the vault.
I really dislike frost bringer. Or else her to activate ultimate galek and while she did that, she did little else. The def down doesn’t work on spider as you can lay the heal reduction. So glad I pulled gororab.
Julianna worked for me towards the end of early, beginning of mid game so far. I can already tell she's not going to go much further, her A3 doesn't hit enough. Kallia....sigh.

Hi HH, love your channel. I see you have Husk at 60, can you please do a guide on him? It looks like he can do Royal Guard like damage if you build him correctly.
Husk can't do high dmg. His multipliers are not that high as of ch or rg or septimus
Stew has videos on Husk. He can actually do a lot of damage but he's not gonna match RG or CH damage but he brings extra utility for waves with stuns. He's a great champion but his damage scales to a little less than 2/3rds of the other champs. Still great though.
For Kalia, isn't heal reduction good in Arena? After all, players might use a healer and if you target the healers with her heal reduction...maybe that's where she shines?
