With my Yoga Element Series you will get a little glimpse of our Yoga Classes from our Montezuma Yoga Retreat.
The sound and picture are not perfect, because the waves and energy of the nature around was so strong. But I hope you still enjoy the classes and get a little feeling for our Costa Rica Yoga vibe.
