I asked my cousin who was living in Japan at the time to buy 2 of these for me when they announced this 4 (?) years ago. She's finally moving back to the States this week so she can mail it to me. I didn't even realize at the time this thing came with so many accessories. I thought it would just come with 2 sniper rifles, the 90mm machine gun, unique shield and the little hover tank. I'm ultra impressed! This is by far my favorite GM variant ever.
Bought one of these for 3,000 yen. Shipping cost 4,000 yen. $67 all in all after exchange. Now p bandai will probably reprint this kit since I bought it at such a price.
I would gladly pay $30-40, if I could find it that cheap, but I'd have to be super lucky to find one at that price. Why, oh why, Bandai, did you have to make this an exclusive?
Not gonna get much cheaper than the USD 40 range atm, but anything over the price amazon or Gundam planet are selling it for is absurd and should be ignored completely
The runner that contain the hover truck parts also include the GM head and the railgun. That runner was reused from the 8th MS team Ground set which is why there's the railgun and GM head. I too got it just for the Sniper 2 and the hover truck but was surprised with left over parts. Bandai was lazy so they just give you the whole runner. The runner where they give you the machinegun was part of the Ground Gundam but the only part you were meant to get was the machinegun. So lots of wasted parts like the leg and knee joints where included. They did exactly that too with the White Dingo GM/Guncannon set. That set was nice that they give you a small runner which contrain the visor for the Guncannon but made translucent instead of solid grey, which the original Guncannon had and needed a sticker for the visor.
If I may ask, what are the dimensions of the vulcan pod? (Ie, back side height, width, etc.) I am trying to create one for my GM Sniper II Custom (basically a slightly modded K9), but I don't want to take it if the White Dingo version (I also don't have $50 to spare).

Luckily i am from HK I got this guy for HKD 160 which is like USD 20.
How about using a third party clear pink part for the scope of the sniper rifle? E.g. Wave ?

If you would like a tip, if you don't know already, then it is helpful to sand the area where you put the sticker.

Yeah... if this had been a normal release I would have bought THREE of them. I'll just have to make do with my single WD GM Sniper II.
