Thanks for including the Voron D! Man, I've been pissing against the wind every time I say the Voron D should be in any top ten, especially for early game. It's the very few trucks you can buy for cheap with no level restriction, and comes equipped stock with decent tires. Plus, it's one of the more versatile Vorons, especially good for Hard mode because you can haul anything + crane. Everyone always say it's rubbish because it's unstable, but you can EASILY make it stable by: 1- Equipe double tires on the rear axil (once unlocked, the OHD I's are excellent on this truck) or 2- Don't equip raised suspension. It's stock suspension is very good, unless the terrain is extreme.
Really Enjoyed listening to your opinion on you favs. The Mastodon actually didn’t get a power increase. It’s always been 265k. They increased its wheel weight from 200kg to 600 which in odd way that can’t be explained it added pulling power from That added weight

Finally an honest review that mentions extremely good vehicles! People get so stuck on best vehicles from the past and wont admit that there are better vehicles for certain things out there! You’re right about the Zikz 612h, I use it all the time, it does everything. Most of the people complaining don’t put on the Advanced Special gearbox which makes it a whole other truck. My friend likes the 605 and I prefer the 612 h, we have the best engines and gearbox applied to our zikzs, the 612h keeps up despite a minimal speed difference compared to the 605 and most of the time my friend ends up using the 612h when we play because it can use so many attachments, has more fuel and can have better equipment loadouts and combination pieces. It can fulfill every role with gusto and thanks to its length got me up a ridiculously steep hill with rocks. The zikz 612h is a better scout vehicle than the tatarin, as for some reason the tatarin is wider, gets destroyed by barely any water, seems to need refueled a lot, is bouncier, struggles on rocks and can’t haul anything. I recognize there tatarin is a scout, but you still want a 612h with two fuel tanks along, and in its own has enough weight to tip the tatarin back upright when its width causes a tire to drive you up part of a tree and you tip over. The Marshall even beat the tatarin through mud handily even though the Marshall is hard to control on the road by 2nd gear lol. You’re much better off with two 612s than one and a tatarin. The tatarin is a fun part of a fleet but honestly an unnecessary one if you’re going for utility, efficiency, or role-oriented vehicle play.
Holy crap a Snowrunner list I actually agree with? That's a first. I think the 605 vs 612 boils down to utility versus power and I'll take the utility in all but extreme situations.
I'm using the Mastodon more and more but I find it still a bit too big to handle the situations like the 605R. Tough to work it into certain places with that massive frame. I'm getting used to it though.
The Zikz 612h is a true beast of a truck. I use it in amur the first Time and i love it. The Power, the turning radius, the stability, the fuel efficency, this thing is awesome. The only thing is the cockpit view. I play in cockpit view mostly and in this truck die visibility is not very good.
What about liamstar!!??? Really though pretty solid choices, all of these are great trucks, surprised you included derry special considering you aren't a fan of that truck, if I were to make some honorable mentions though, I'd include azov 5319, 64131 and the og tayga, they're all great trucks
As a high range gearbox user that always keep my truck in H to do missions very fast and without trailers, my favorites are by far CT681 (best power to weight and excelent fuel economy), Voron AE for the few more muddy/snowy maps (a beast only downside is slow steering) but it's neck and neck with the 6455B, and king of fast missions in H, Twinsteer 6900, if i need a saddle or long log truck it's the speed demon WESTERN STAR 47X NF 1424
I definitely dont disagree with you, but a rule everyone has to follow here is the 420 always gets put in a best trucks list. Im just kidding, but it definitely has reason to be brought up in most conversations.
I bought a Kenworth W990, and really regretted it, it doesn’t have all-wheel drive, which makes it completely useless. I'm more sorry for spending in-game money than real money, since I'm playing a new game +
I think, voron D is terrible truck because it isn't stable. Voron Ae is king of offroad class. And in top 15 would be Aramatsu forester, KRS 58 Bandit, Step 33-64 crocodile, TUZ 420 Tatarin and WS 47X NF 1430.
@@zielonythewolf5069 Slow and steady is always a winning formula, especially in a game like SnowRunner. I'll gladly sacrifice a few MHP to pick vehicles I know will 100% get the job done. Besides while the forester log crane still isn't my favourite (I wish they'd slow down the damn rotation speed and make those cranes less twitchy. If say cargo crane rotation is a 1 (slow) and log crane rotation is a 3 (fast), I'd like Saber to make it a 2), it's at least usable. As for the log crane the trucks have, I hate that thing so much. lol With the Forester existing I don't care how slow it is, I'm never using that god forsaken truck logging crane again. I'll happily crawl around in Low+ with the Forester if need be if it means never laying my eyes on that red logging crane ever again.
Varon D - It's a medium truck, and it's also a bit unstable. Pike - Average Mack - Disappointing Mastodon - Unnecessarily large, heavy and not powerful enough In my opinion, it's missing: Azov 64131 - A solid and most economical truck. Very stable, generally ideal for hard mode. It's slow - that's true, but someone once said in hard mode: slow is fast. Another one once said, this truck is easy mode... Varon AF - Lots of power, grip, stability, agility. One of the best trucks in the game. Use with standard gearbox. Tayga 6436 - Very similar to above. If you want to trade some power for greater stability (tires) and longer range. Tatra Force - Lots of power, good fuel consumption and range with a multipurpose gearbox. It can also have a crane, bed and trailer. Caterpillar CT681 - Underrated, dead axle is annoying, but has the best engine in the game. Very economical in light terrain. A crane, bed and trailer are an overrated combination. Better to have a crane and a semi-trailer. Of course, there are exceptions Azov 7 + a trailer with 4 slots is a good combination.
Tell me you haven't played the Mack without telling me. The Mack far surpasses the 6436, as does the Voron D you're trying to dismiss as 'unstable'. Basically you just listed off three easy to use but distinctly mediocre vehicles while trying to write off far better but not as easy to use ones. We call that a 'skill issue', sir.

A long asphalt route with water and a tanker in both directions, approximately 50-60 liters of fuel. And so on 9 times ;( They went a bit overboard with these contracts at the end. Mack - I tested before they improved the collision model. But even in simpler terrain it can struggle and consumes more fuel than other trucks. Burns even more fuel than Varon D... Varon D is more unstable than the rest and burns much more fuel than his brothers... It achieved one of the worst results on my test track (both GMCs achieved better times and consumed less fuel)... To be clear, I test trucks under heavy loads. Because it usually overload them in Hard Mode. I use those that transport goods efficiently. They achieve good speed with low fuel consumption. I'm not really interested in dealing with the most difficult terrain because I avoid the worst parts of maps.

Yes, Sir! It's not the best Voron for offroad (still really good) , but it's best versatility wise !

Still got to go with the Zikz 605, I’m afraid! Little slower than some, but would always choose it!

I mostly play in cockpit too, you get used to having no offside visibility.

Wait till Season 12 . Kenworth is getting the tire buff , so it will be similar to Pacific 512PF

@justinlynch3 yeah however, the kenworth is just as strong with more accessories and a better engine at the cost of fuel economy
Aramatsu is one trick pony - it's a specialist vehicle and nowhere near top15
