Salted Egg Yolk Prawns | Easy and Yummy

Ingredients:
1/2 kilogram large prawns
2 egg whites
3/4 cup potato starch or tapioca starch
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 salted duck eggs (egg yolks only)
1/2 cup milk (fresh or evaporated)
1/2 teaspoon sugar
5 cloves garlic, minced
fresh curry leaves
chopped chilis
salt & pepper
cooking oil for frying
I made salted egg prawns before which my family loved so I have a few tips
1) If you don’t want to leave so many egg whites you can just use it. All I did was mash two salted eggs well and it came out really good too! :))
2) so none of the salted egg is wasted on the prawn skin, just remove the skin and leave the tail before frying
3) Don’t fry the shrimp for too long cause it will be dry and a bit tougher, especially if you’re using sugpo

Yes. But sometimes I also use fresh milk. Depends whatever is available.

You can use curry powder instead, but just a little, about half a teaspoon should be fine. I’ve tried this before it tasted the same.
