Shelby Township Activities Center Secures $1.5 Million Grant from U.S. Representative John James

Thank you to U.S. Representative John James for his role in securing $1.5 million in federal funds dedicated to enhancing the Shelby Township Activities Center gymnasium.
With an additional $600,000 from the township, this transformative $2.1 million project includes the construction of an expansive 8,700-square-foot gymnasium, along with the addition of a walking track and expanded space for pickleball. These enhancements, coupled with essential program and activity spaces, are poised to significantly elevate the center's capacity to meet the diverse needs of our community.
