Shaine Casas Was CRAZY FAST in That 200 IM | 2024 Short Course Worlds

The first day of the 2024 Short Course World Championships was STACKED with world records, tallying up SEVEN between both the prelims and finals sessions. With that many world record breaking swims anything that falls UNDER that lofty standard can get lost in the mix.
And that includes one of my personal favorite swims from the day that I want to spend a little time highlighting on its own, Shaine Casas in the 200 IM.

These are two different meets. The 50m and a 25m, thus its faster in the short course.
