I think he does but the video contains mainly just tips (you should still watch it), although as a tap to steer players for ~4 years I will say that you should navigate by doing small taps and only press fully during larger turns. This is so that the movement is a bit more fluid.
Tap to steer is very easy anyways, tilt to steer is what you actually need a video for (which he has made)
