The mantra is "On kolokoro sendari matougi svāhā" (oṃ huru huru caṇḍāli mātaṅgi svāhā).
The benefits of Yakushi Nyorai are said to be received during one's lifetime as "worldly benefits. It is different from the benefits of other Buddhas in that it can be received in the "present" and not in the "future.
