We're all gonna make it brah
You've got more life force energy in your voice than your previous videos bro. You're building it through the discipline, willpower, and being your TRUE self. Keep fighting the good fight.
you ain't building shet in 3 days. i get that you want to be encouraging but this is something you build over years and that should be the expectation. gradual, continual growth. with minor setbacks along the way definitely but constant growth.
@@Julka-xk8cz You can build alot from three days lol, it is difficult but three days is like four fucken years lmao. Your body also will begin to heal properly without being interrupted and your voice will get clearer naturally, not enough to be in three days though maybe after a week or a month or two you can hear a *slight* difference.
@@Julka-xk8cz every step forward should be honored. our boi is on the right track and already making a huge difference
@@Julka-xk8cz at your lowest three days not failing is massive
@@Julka-xk8cz of course bro of course, and how you build that year? Day by day by day, every single day you push and try to do as good as you can, and do it as hard as you can whether it's day 3,16 or 93, but do not "masturbate" as to say when you relapse you are back to square 1, you are not. These guys that are so deep in self improvement are living in fucking fantasy world, it's good to improve but not to be obsessed like this.
100% go for daily walks man, keep it easy and enjoyable so you will be willing to actually do it. Quitting smoking ain’t easy but dealing with terminal illness is way way harder. You can get through it man, just stick with it. you’re doing the right stuff.
Walking is key
facts its really not worth it keep grinding fam
88 days sober from marijuana. I’ll tell you what brother it’s the most rewarding thing life can give you getting off a substance that keeps you from achieving your potential. Nicotine is a demon that lives in you. Just beat it man. Stay strong.
bro I want to quit but I'm disabled and when I'm sober I just think about all the shit I can't fuckin do so I just get baked and play vids lol it's a tough thing to stop. You have my respect because it takes real mental strength. Great job man.
@@itsgryme1081Honestly, that’s an understandable reason why you want to smoke weed. I wouldn’t feel shameful for just wanting to feel at ease and relaxed. Anxiety can overcome you at times. Moderation is honestly key.
Imagine cannabis being an issue with why ur lazy and not doing anything in life lmfao. Smoke daily and have a healthy fit life. It's all mentally tbh.
@Skunk_Jump facts. Cannabis isn't anyone's issue. It's what they choose to blame it on. It's all mental. Cigs and drinking is bad tbh. Cannabis nah.
@@user-zw4xz2mc2qlmao stfu, there's a reason the stereotype for weed smokers is sitting on the couch comatose. You're actively lying to yourself if you say weed isn't something people could struggle with. It's way easier to smoke a bowl and just be ok with being bored than any other substance. And honestly I highly doubt you're one of those people who you're describing. Something tells me you're probably 220+ and just a keyboard warrior
“Wait a day and see how i feel in a day” thats the best piece of advice in this video.
Bro stay on track you motivated me with your video to quit weed and the withdrawals are INSANE. First night I didnt sleep, I didnt eat more than 1000 calories in the last 3 days and my stomach feels like vomiting. My body cant even move right I have about 20% of the power I used to have and I'm pretty sure psychosis is also getting to me.
Stay strong bro we can do it together
I like this dude coz he's real doesn't say some scripted crap and no fancy video editing stuff also reminds me of UA-cam back in the good old days 👌 you got this mate stay strong & stay positive look to the future and stop looking back at the sad past god bless bud👍
Say dat fr
what you said at 1:30 is key, its about consistency a week of moderate exercise is better than a day of intense exercise, go at whatever pace you can maintain
We believe in you Deo. Keep going, I just quit nicotine this year, it was tough but so worth it. Keep grinding.
YOU FUCKING GOT THIS BRO I'M PROUD OF YOU AND STAY STRONG. I'm excited to follow your journey
Keep it up lad! I went from 108kg to 55kg by eating 1 meal a day + walking.
- switched to 0 sugar drinks / diluted juice (finish what you have, it would be a waste of money otherwise)
- 1 meal a day (I already did this anyway as I was depressed/lazy/too busy gaming to feel hungry)
- walked medium pace, 30 mins, mostly flat terrain. Then added a hill to the route. Then bumped it up to 45 mins, then 1 hour. Just put on a podcast or some music or just listen to the birds. Medium pace, then bump it up to a fast.
My sleep was so fucked I would wake up at 10pm and go for a walk in the cold night air at 2-4am. I honestly kinda miss nightwalking. Good luck to you, wagmi
Once you’re in the gym it’s a life changer.
Sadness, anger, frustration, anxiety. Take it out on the fkn weights man. You got this.
I’m subscribed and following you, and as a matter of fact, I’m really relying on you to make it in this journey.
You are my hero man! Thank you very much for the video! :)
Dude!!!! Keep going!
Im so happy I found these videos.
We are watching the beginning of something amazing.
Stay strong!
Amazing mental resilience fr man. I believe in ya
KEEP GOING. WE HERE FOR YOU.
When you get paid mate, dont get the ciggies.... not one. Keep strong man.
Get new habits. It's not about addiction, it's about replacing your addiction with another healthier one. Work out. Go walk. Work out. take some deep breaths. Work out. also drink water. And then work out.
You a human inspiration. I'm right there with you. Keep at it and I'll try my best too mucker. Much Love.
keep going man and keep us updated on the journey.
Ur sounding good bro! Stay strong, it's a long road, but you will never regret it.
well done, youve come through the hardest part
Small steps and consistency. That's all you need brah. Cheering ya on 💪
sounds like you know the way. small steps towards your goal. you will make it.
hell yeah man keep pushing strong. its a long journey but its possible! video made it all the way to Chicago bro, quitting is hard but better is soon too come, keep up with the self improvements and props to you for recognizing your strengths and weaknesses. its all a mental game and you seem more in check than anyone so good luck man!
You got this bruv. I'm glad you enjoyed the tune!
youre doing so well bro. youre going to keep getting better. its about taking it one day at a time! dont get upset with yourself

Keep going buddy
You’ve got this man ✊
You've got this man, working out is one thing and believing yourself is another! Keep going!!!
Keep going! Keep goooooing! Never stop being the best you
Stay strong I’ll will be here on your journey!!! I’m kinda in the same boat I need to quit smoking weed, I really need to fix my life
Hell yeah brother. You got this my guy. Get in that gym, it'll keep you busy. An addiction to the gym is better than an addiction to other vices. You'll be surprised that when you see those initial gains, it'll spark something.
We're backing you dude!
saw your last cig video and gotta say youre an insporation man keep it up!
Let’s go bro! It’s all a gradual process, you’re killing it - it was super hard for me to quit too but trust me in a few months time you’ll look back and be proud of yourself. Going for walks is the best.
amazing video, I support this entire journey!
God bless you, brother! You can do this!
Hey king, another Australian here.
If I have a recommendation, do
For every habit, you are going to want to create a trigger or a prompt to get you to do it. For example, you should go for a walk around the block after every meal is an unbeatable one. Please do this, I really want the best for you! Make a trigger for when you wake up, feel groggy, etc to put yourself in a stronger position.
From reading a lot of books, doing 1% better each time you try to do something is the most effective way for long term improvement as you don't notice it.
I wish you the best in your journey. Just don't EVER have the "ONE OFF" cigarette, that is what is going to kill you.
Best wishes, I have been on a similar path for a few months now, and unless you know what you are getting into I would possibly reconsider rushing to the gym, it is not going to fix all your issues, and a gym membership can be expensive.
This last time I started with 3 times a week doing bench press, rows and curls with a pair of dumbbells that have been laying around for almost a decade, on an old ikea bench not made for purpose but it served well, now I have a small mini gym in my garage. I started in february, and since then I have more than doubled my initial weights on bench press, experimenting at my own pace and trying different excercises with nobody breathing down my neck telling me what to do, using the internet for reference and working with form. Right now I am having a small break in my training program over the summer, but I am actually excited to get back once vacation is over. What helps a great deal for me sticking to my program is being able to work out whenever I have time and motivation.
With that said, my goal with my training program was not weight loss, in fact I have gained weight after my program, but I feel alot better, much stronger.
Do your best, in your heart you know you can do it 💪
You're killing it man. Little steps at a time is all it takes in the long term. Keep going! 💪😁
All of us struggle with addiction of one sort or another; it is okay to feel a struggle from time to time because that is human nature as an addict. The only way to eliminate the urge to fall into bad coping mechanisms is to replace them with the urge to engage in positive coping mechanisms like what you mentioned -- going outside, going for walks, etc. Maybe a video about tidying up the house and doing something you don't often do, like dusting the ceiling fans or mopping the floors?
i believe in you bro! dont give up!
Keep it up man love to see it💪🏻 always remember you don’t need a gym to get started, you’d be surprised of the affects of body weight exercises. it’s not about quantity once you go to failure you will naturally progress. Stay strong
Stay strong brother, you got it
Hell yeah man, do not give up! We are all here for you as the comments clearly show. Kick ass and enjoy your fresh new start.
Man this video is really quite a miracle as I’m on the same mission as you right now. Literally quit smoking yesterday and it’s the worst right now but with you we gonna make it.
You got this man!
You got this bro, you'll have more energy!
I believe in you my man. Keep us updated at your own pace. Good idea to start walking, around the block is a good idea. I personally found walking to a spot i like to go to being easier, makes you want to go for a walk more often
mad respect my friend. Found out about your channel today and you seem pretty chill
You can do this man I believe in you !
I love to see how well you're doing, please keep it up bro it will absolutely be worth it in less time than you think

Keep up the good work man. Try not to replace smoking with anything else. Exercise is always the best medicine.
Fuck yeah bro. Keep on keeping on. One foot at a time like the days, steady progress is progress earnt. Remember what you achieved yesterday to keep you working today. Much love mate.
Epic bro, keep at it. Nothing wrong with making goals that work for you. If around the block here and there does it then try that first. All the best brother.

Don't give up on your dreams, you'll feel amazing the further down that path you go, I'm down from depression and alcoholism weight of 312 to 248 so far and continuing on, i can't even think about turning back to the way i was with the constant misery and the feeling of my own body holding me back from both doing and enjoying tasks
We're all gonna make it brah
You can do this brother!
Hell yeah bro keep looking up, ADD healthy things and find consistency then mess around with taking things out. But forgot all that and trust yourself, it's gonna be your solution homie

hell yea keep going the first 30 days is rough but u will stop
You'll make it my man
I've been addicted to nicotine and drinking and your videos are inspiring me to quit. I believe in you man. Sharing your experience is helping other people out and you should feel good about yourself for that. God Bless

you can do it bro its gonna be hard but you got this
I stopped smoking two years ago after starting at 13 and stopping at 30. I battled with the hate and addiction for so many years it gave me depression. Now I’m free my brain works so much better and have discipline in so many other areas in life. Smoking cigarettes and being able to quit gives you something more than other people don’t have. Keep going it gets easy remember that
I'm already inspired! I believe in you brother :)
Keep going one day at a time 💪
It’s okay to fall off the rails. What’s important is not to beat yourself up about it and to get back on. You’ve got this brother
May God bless you!
We got your back man, I am changing too. We all have to eventually. To THAILAND!
keep pushing brother

Keep going brother, sugar isnt too bad its the added sugars but even those can be fine with moderation and exercise. ❤
