Super, super cool watch, and beautiful video! Even in the golden age of vintage-inspired dive watches and all the benefits that those bring, it's still tough to beat an authentic vintage gem like this. Word to the wise, the singular form of "indices" is "index." 👍
Such a great watch, really wish the modern Marinemaster could have maintained bezel dimensions. That is the only critique I have for my current SLA023. Great overview on the 6159.
This video was on my feed, which shows the algorithm is accurate but not necessarily timely. This is such a bad ass watch. It was technically miles ahead. Seiko’s hi-beat movements made the Swiss quit the Observatory Trials. It moved watch design forward, and the construction was rock solid. They were used by pro divers, so it’s hard to find them in great condition. My only disagreement: do not polish this watch. If you want sparkly, get a limited edition re-issue. They are beautiful watches in their own right. Great review filled with excellent information.
Beautiful watch ❤
Nice collectors piece! That caseback is something else!
Dream watch!
My guy! Hope all is well, would love to catch up this summer, kids are getting big!
Such a grail piece for any vintage collector. The watch wears surprisingly well for the case size. Great video on it also!
This is badass, such a cool looking piece, and with the gilt hands and indices 💥

Any chance you could do a video explaining the difference in models of the Seiko SUR line? Been seeing them pop up lately but too many to pick from
Id rather choose tudor with this price
