Hi Sir, I have done MBA in H.R in 2013 through correspondence as I had been working as a salaried employee (non-HR) job since 2009. I have got Masters equivalency through CES ECA and IELTS overall 7 score with no band less than 6. I am confused as shall I go for a diploma or a certificate course in HR? Hi Pradeep, That's a good question! I'd suggest you to apply for PR. Doesn't matter if your job is non-HR, All you need is NOC O,A or B. But if that doesn't work, Then go for a diploma course that would definitely help you in the PR. Good luck

Hi Sir,
I have done MBA in H.R in 2013 through correspondence as I had been working as a salaried employee (non-HR) job since 2009.
I have got Masters equivalency through CES ECA and IELTS overall 7 score with no band less than 6.
I am confused as shall I go for a diploma or a certificate course in HR?
I am planning for a 2 years course which could get me PGWP of 3 year. Goal is to get a PR in the long run.
Hi Pradeep, That's a good question! I'd suggest you to apply for PR. Doesn't matter if your job is non-HR, All you need is NOC O,A or B.
But if that doesn't work, Then go for a diploma course that would definitely help you in the PR. Good luck
