- Amit, Umesh, Prerna, Girish, Archana, and Rajiv are the candidates who are appearing for a case discussion and personal interview at NMIMS institute, Mumbai. These candidates who have done excellent in the MBA entrance exams conducted at different centres across India do not seem to show the same aptitude and performance in the case discussion and personal interview. It puzzles the examiners and the administration of the institute. Is it a dastak to a big racket?
Crime Patrol coming back in its 4th season attempts to bring stories of crime happening all around the country. Crimes that tell us, we need to be careful, we need to be watchful. Crimes that tell us lives could have been saved.Every crime we hear of, either warns us to be careful or scares us, it could happen to us. Every crime ignites a feeling, "It should not have happened".Would knowing the "Why" behind a crime, help in stopping a crime from happening?"I don't like the way he looks at me", "I don't like the way he/she is behaving", "I think he/she is out of his/her mind", "I think he/she has gone crazy". That gaze, that quirky smile, that persistent stare which unnerves. It is difficult to understand the intentions but the hints are there.In a house a husband and wife argue, fight. A vessel comes flying, a glass breaks. Husband is angry and the wife is upset. That hatred, that ego. The distance that keeps growing. It is difficult to comprehend the damage, but the cracks are there.Feelings... expressions. Misunderstood, unresolved callings of the heart. The cracks are there. Too wide to be missed. Yet when the heart takes over the mind, the outcome is a mindless tragedy.Crime Patrol- Dastak will attempt to look at the signs, the signals that are always there before these mindless crimes are committed. Instincts/Feelings/Signals that so often tell us that not everything is normal. May be, that signal/feeling/instinct is just not enough to believe it could result in a crime. This is one of my favourite cases. And the tagline in this season is my favourite of all crime patrol seasons. Har jurm dastak deta hai , dhyan se suniye ga , jane bach sakti hai.
If this is how group discussions are held then God save these recruiters. Participating and doing bakchodi in group discussions doesn't mean they are fit for job.

That group discussion came off as terrible with them being asses to each other not letting others speak, glad they cleared that up as being below average performance.

Have you observed this? In the group discussion, there is no proper turn taking. See, when you take the floor or the initiative to speak, you must make sure the others also get their chance for turn-taking. The examiner must also make sure that others get a fair chance. This is actually not the way a group discussion is organized where only a few dominate the show.

I have seen his in corporate culture. Manny people who claim to be full time MBA,s from reputed collages but they are the ones who goof up the most in the company and get the company in losses.

Cutting people's words and sentences in between, and talking over them should not be considered as being "CONFIDENT" Basic ethics tell us to let a person complete his/her talk first. You can see this happening in GD which is wrong

That is true the group discussion means everyone should be given time to express opinon not imposing your views on other . this is old way of doing it. some people are aggressive doesn't mean they are right or have valid point
4 guys judge and decide future of esteemed students. These case clearly indicates entrance exams are of no mean, Irrespective of what those guys did in entrance exam they yet got mba degree. Then, the management shamelessly prove it sending letter to those companies hired them that they might not be eligible employee for the job ( despite having mba degree) because they cheated in entrance exam, what a shame NMIMS !

It is possible that these things happen but it is not always necessary that a candidate who is good in written is equally good in expressing in GD and Interview. Many people do not and cannot be good at expressing. BDW is it a paid episode by NMIMS?

Crime patrol the name u think only crime no, but also we can know many things from it. Many crime incidents which u telecast is very different . I really congratulate to the crime patrol team because they collect the story in such a way that, they will go in to the root cause and they deliver it in very right way. In fact i got inspired by watching the organ donating episode, and in our family we all donated our organs on 6th of Aug. I never miss even a single episode from the day one.
